    Bit of a random one but what size controller float is best and do you have any opinions on the daiwa crosscast 35 reel on a 12ft rod?

      Sorry for the slow reply, must've missed this one. With regards to surface controller it depends on the distance you are fishing it. But I typically stick with medium sizes 😊 As for the reels, I use and have used a lot of different Daiwa ones and I'm sure they will be perfect for your set up. Cheers for watching!

    Hi curly i recently bought some nash dwarf 10ft 3.25 rods,im stuck on a sub £80 reel,was thinking a crosscast 35scw but would it be overkill,your thoughts pls pal.👍✊

      Possibly a tad big but depends how far you are casting. I use Daiwa GS LTD Front Drag Reel on my 9ft 3lb dwarfs

      Could probably get a decent second hand set of shimano untelgra 5500 or something 👌🏻
