Yes, you were right they do need to. And yes they do but only two those were there to rob them of resources. When it comes to black Americans, they make it hard for us to come over and try and build prioperty, infrastructure and business. This is not cool the Asians are over there stealing and raping your land and so are the Europeans. Any of the real estate investments that African-Americans are able to build their will draw more people to Africa, which will intern incorporate more spending in these particular countries where they are building. So I don’t understand why they give black Americans sometimes such a hard time and again, I want to stress they don’t do this to the colonizers.
As a UK Ghanaian, I salute Mr Walker's courage, confidence and indefatigability. I don't know why but I like that he's American Guyanese/Caribbean American with his New York attitude! I think he has what it takes to thrive in Ghana. God bless you sir & long may you continue to flourish. 👏 👏 👏 Great interview Rush ❤ #entrepreneur
Kindly email him . All his information is in the description. You can also check out his interview on Ghana Bound, where it is all about how much it is going for.
I applaud people who know what they want and stay focused. I lost my own mojo, and am struggling to get back, even in retirement! Warning: Watch out for people!
Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Sorry though, I had to take a closer look at this brother because his voice sold me to believe that he was Arie Spears. But this is amazing! Well done brother!
interesting video but the title is misleading since he had a company with capital behind him in which he supposedly rasied 7.5 million dollars for. He clearly had access to more than $100/month. They were paying for him to stay in Cantonments. it cost more than $100/day to stay in an airbnb there
No. That money was for something else and the money never arrived in Ghana. He left the hotel and was left to be on his own. He started from 0 and living on a $100 a month from friends and family. He said that on another channel and didn’t want it to be repetitive. I hope you enjoyed the interview.
This is my Cuzzo and he worked tirelessly to make this happen! You couldn’t imagine what it’s like building a company on a country that isn’t your own with limited resources. We are pioneers in Ghana. 🗽🇬🇾🇬🇭🏆🏆
You see the challenge we have is yes he was living on a $100 a month but he would have raised millions of dollars to purchase these islands, that is the secret we the youth Wana know, hoe do they go about this he didn't move fton just $100 to millions of dollar capital?
He didn’t raise money. He used his brain and hard work to do it.The youth should learn negotiation skills and be resourceful. No one gave him money. If the average Ghanaian youth get their hands on raised funds, they will spend it on themselves instead of the project.
He mentioned that he received some sort of money to leave Ghana. He didn't leave and instead used the money to buy a Sonata, pay off his employees and get started in this project. The honest truth is that you need money to start something in ghana at large scale.
@@WhitneyOsei I did a terrible Job at not asking him to share that side in the interview. That money did not last. He became broke and family members were sending him a $100 a month for more than a year. He had to start from 0. It was his skills that helped him get off the ground again. You definitely need some sort of money, but skills is what is important. He didn’t have the money approaching these guys for the Island. He figured it out.
@@WhitneyOseiIt's really not about having money when you start, although that is IMMENSELY beneficial. It's about financial intelligence and using intellect to leverage other people's money. In my experience, it's harder but certainly possible
Bro is not about average Ghanaian the thing is getting funds or getting Ghanaians believe in your and partner with you or finance you is hard. I started a pool lounge in my district early this year am still stack and looking for partners or investors My own family people discouraging my vision it’s not easy like that He probably got some big support outside the country who are willing to invest. Your should rather be travel outside make good contact before investing
Did I hear him say they lease the land to him?? If yes, then he needs to go for another contract because in Ghana, we don't lease land we buy them... #JS
@rushasare sir, did I say anything in my comment for you to be rude in your response? The land you built your house on, did you lease it? Or do you just want the foreigners to come in to lease and build properties on them so you guys can take it from them after the lease ends? If someone ask a question that needs clarification, you have a respectful way to answer and educate.... be respectful, ok... Don't just talk
See the BS he went through to acquire land and ppl will want him to make his building cheap….if you want a cheap building, you also go through that process 😂

This is what we need in Ghana.. the government should make the country investor friendly.
