Read more about these models here: news.bachmann....
Look out for our Autumn 2024 British Railway Announcements on Wednesday 7th August for full details of the initial models, plus many more new additions to our British-outline model railway ranges.
An N Gauge V2?! That’s cool! I don’t model N Gauge but I’m so glad to see more steam!! Let’s hope for more OO Steam, it’s been too long 🤞
Well as an N gauge modeller I welcome this loco! Looking forward to seeing the finished article! 😊
Hopefully it's going to be competitively priced though, as prices are getting quite high these days...
What a fantastic loco and a great video to launch it.
Finally some positivity in the comments. 😊
@@Decrepit_bikerThe loco & the video is good however the narration is awful.
Definitely a locomotive I will add to my railtour fleet as it is a former railtour favourite
Fantastic to see a Graham Farish product receiving the "full treatment" 👍A very professional and entertaining show 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Fantastic presentation. Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍
I was excited but look at the warped footplate! That looks terrible. I’ll wait to see Sam’s trains review one before purchasing.
is it going to be electric loco 20003 from 1948 to compliment the other Booster locos, ?
Oh Bachmann !! Fantastic to hear the Merlin engine in the Spitfire and the narrator talking about the Battle of Britain and then
1. The first Spitfire had a late war propellor
2. The second Spitfire has US markings
3. The third Spitfire had D-Day stripes.
and then the steam locomotives. Next time, do your video research when you speak about aircraft in the Battle of Britain in 1940. Sorry guys.
Hopefully not another duplicated diesel loco. DMU or steam this time hopefully.
begging for a new tool 2251 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
i am not hungry anymore
Me nether… did anyone even ask for this?? Don’t know why this is part of British Railway Announcements ether…
Probably some overdone loco or something
@@IC-qf7ev no it’s Stingray figures…
Could it be a class 67 or hopefully a class 43 HST? A class 73 is well overdue in my opinion.
Hope to hear Cravens bodied rt's in the Scottish liveries they went to when London Transport sold them on. Also news about Clydeside Scottish RML in oor Wullies Special livery which was announced prior to covid at model rail Scotland.
Bachmann sound decoders with Bluetooth technology?
How can a locomotive in N Gauge make a sound like the original? The speaker would be much too small to produce a really good steam sound!!
How much am I going to spend on these? How many LNER liveries are going to be modeled?
might look over scale with my model railway
Yes and N scale would struggle to run on my 00 scale model railway, oh it is out of region as well.
@@richardsteele4670so what? Why did you feel the need to say "but I model in 00" but in a different way?
@@Decrepit_biker agreed, different people model different scales. I model OO but personally I’m just happy to see a new steam loco, it’s been ages since we’ve seen a new one from Bachmann!!
@@modelrailfan37 except the NG7 Quarry Hunslets that came out earlier this month.... or the OO9 versions, or the OO9 Mainline Hunslets, or the Double Fairlies, need I go on?! 😉
@@BachmannEuropeOfficial sorry, not trying to be rude. We haven’t seen a new OO or N gauge loco in a while though, it’s nice to see one!
Is the motor in the tender, or the locomotive ??
Turbostar retool? 🤔
New retooled class 66.
That would be great, at least if Bachmann are producing it you can buy it all year round and not wait 12-18 months every run, fair play to Accurascale for upgrading the Hatton’s class 66 apart from the EM2 speaker delete for an EM1, if Bachmann do retool the class 66 it will be a gem. Could be a class 58 or even a class 55 Deltic, what ever it is let’s hope the hobby could do with it.
@@StormmyStormmy Agreed Stormy! Ah how about........... a class 59 hmmm? I mean Dapol version, a joke phase two where the hell are they? 59003 the GBRf special was meant to be released in January 23!!
@@RedShedNick why? The current Bachmann 66 is great, and if that one “isn’t detailed enough…” then get Accurascale’s.
@@modelrailfan37oops dont tell the missus i already have five! Bachy 66's i have plenty and will not part with any, that tells you what i think about them.
Surely we have enough 66s for the time being? Bachmann's current tooling is great and there are plenty of Accurascale examples still available from retailers and on ebay if you want perfection. It would be nice to see some more multiple units!
Yes Yes Yes 😀
I’ve a theory that it may be an 8F???
I swear we had a V2 alresfy
Yeah but this one looks so much better than the old N gauge one.
Bachmann do a OO one and used to do an N Gauge one. The N Gauge on is pretty old though and was due for a retool
Un rebuilt west country/ battle of Britain
would be something you'd expect from hornby, not bachmann. They've only just done one a couple of years back too, didn't they?
@@ryanstewart25 They did the unrebuilt merchant navies a few years ago now. The rebuilt BOB/WC was late 2000's early 2010's I think
@@mattlander9119 ah, I'm a great western modeller so I don't keep up with that too much. Still, those are still regarded as some of the best models, right? I don't know, I just think hornby has been retooling the same locos too much over the past 20 years. Seems every five or ten years we're getting a new princess or A4 when there's plenty of other locos that haven't gotten any representation in rtr
Wow, 4 versions, damn, bachmann us sucks, we get one version of any loco, if your lucky, they get forced to look like several other versions locos ( the 4-4-0 most notable of this) but in the end, they all have the same shell with a couple bits swopped out for another (another tender or a stack), now you have a Baldwin pretending to be a lima. can forget about road specific details as well. also most of there tooling is from the 80's, new tooled models are rarely done and most rolling stock is generic, bachmann uk, please come to America.
here we go again
It's so you can make another rubbish video with stock footage of yawning. I mean unless you're selling an item on Ebay its all just sh*te isn't it......
@@Decrepit_biker Awesome!
Shit disturber, please stop this. You look for trouble everywhere and we are all sick of it.
