To be honest, I was scared of getting tickets for doing things wrong when driving, but that was before going to my school's nearby arcade and playing Maximum Tune/Initial D arcade driving games. I had cards for them so whenever you do progress on the story mode or played time attack stuff, you grind for either performance or style upgrades for your digital car recorded on your card. So I use this chance to play on the drag race tracks to practice driving in lanes like I'm on the freeway. I do this for a few months and after all that I get my driver's license first try.
The Ippo footage reminds me of a goofy technique I was known at my old gym for - the jabbercut. it was a weak, quick lead uppercut/jab thing that I flicked out, but my glove was sideways so it could try to split through a tight guard. It wasn't good or particularly effective but damn was it fun to use in sparring. I was also universally hated for my teeps, but that's another martial art entirely.
The Civil War reenactment video was as awkward as it needed to be to get the point across. Props to the Balls on those dudes, but I was trying not to rip my hair out every time anyone other than those two guys started talking.

THE SCANDALOUS SCAT SCARFER
To be honest, I was scared of getting tickets for doing things wrong when driving, but that was before going to my school's nearby arcade and playing Maximum Tune/Initial D arcade driving games. I had cards for them so whenever you do progress on the story mode or played time attack stuff, you grind for either performance or style upgrades for your digital car recorded on your card. So I use this chance to play on the drag race tracks to practice driving in lanes like I'm on the freeway. I do this for a few months and after all that I get my driver's license first try.

The Ippo footage reminds me of a goofy technique I was known at my old gym for - the jabbercut. it was a weak, quick lead uppercut/jab thing that I flicked out, but my glove was sideways so it could try to split through a tight guard. It wasn't good or particularly effective but damn was it fun to use in sparring.
I was also universally hated for my teeps, but that's another martial art entirely.
The Civil War reenactment video was as awkward as it needed to be to get the point across. Props to the Balls on those dudes, but I was trying not to rip my hair out every time anyone other than those two guys started talking.
