    Can totally see you providing this programming service in the UK. Sounds like there is a need if you need to send off to Romania every time.

    Hi, Sorin.
    I bought used lenovo laptops with locked bios. Can i use this type of the programmers to delete old bios and write a new one, and unlock bios on that way? Is that purpose also of this programmer?

  • @amtpdb1
    @amtpdb1 Год назад

    Sorin, when showing the programming, can you show the chip data information and show what pins go to which chip pin and why. Some of these clamp have wires that you can move and I would like to know how you check that you are connected to the correct pin. Thanks

    Hi Sorin
    Sorry to disagree with you but you can programme the EC chip on board via keyboard connector on the NM-D562, But at least now you have the tools tp programme EC chips off board and i use the NEW Vertyanov Successor which is fantastic i also have the SVOD & RT809H

    Hello... I´m noticind that you programed some bios without removing the bios chip, i allways eard that you need to remove the bios chip because it´s connected to the EC bios and it can mess things up, you do it only in some boards or we can simply program all bios´s of all boards without removing them, not fearing if they will mess up the ec chip bios!?

    Hi,Could you please talk about the difference between cheapest programmer
    like CH341A and hundred $ programmers for just BIOS programming? If you needed to program a single modern laptop (without chip desoldering, i.e. with POGO adapter), could you advise cheapest set of programmer/POGOPIN adapter? Thank you

    • @electronicsrepairschool
      @electronicsrepairschool  Год назад +2

      the only difference is the speed, also the more expensive programmers have more voltage option for different types of memories

    The only snag is that if you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail.. if you have a BIOS programmer, every laptop needs BIOS programming.. ;)

  • @piffdaddy420
    @piffdaddy420 Год назад

    Sorin, you could have done the same with your last programmer, use the piece that look like jumper cables for the car and just put it right over it. you didnt need to desolder. give it a try...
