Dear Toni , Everything you said in the video is True and resonating to me deeply even if its holiday season is I tend to work over work myself just to prove to my family that i can work independently on my own shop and achieve my dreams in working abroad next year and sometimes their words are cut deeper than a knife and limiting my beliefs and undersestimating me and now I feel so down and discouraged but I am not going to give up on my dreams and will continue to work harder and i have also been feeling a lot of dizziness and stomach issues maybe my body liked you said really wanted me to rest for a while so i dont get burn out and get consumed by their low vibrational energies 😢😢😢❤❤❤❤

Hello!!! Thank you for your heartfelt response yesterday. ❤ I have spent some time with family but I’m not forcing myself to stay in the same room if I don’t want to be. I took a long ass nap this afternoon despite sleeping in. I had dinner with them but now I am by myself again. It’s crazy how little it takes to be overstimulated. 😂😂😂 you are so cute 💫
