Personally I prefer Peter Cullen in his later years as Optimus rather than the way he played Optimus in G1. But then again, I grew up when he was emceeing Toonami alongside TOM, so I'm a bit biased.
I still get chills when I hear him say: "Only Toonami". He made that cartoon block badass.

This man can singlehandedly voice a few of the transformers any day and still sound like Peter Cullen when voicing Optimus. Good animation.

It's confirmed to be a reboot and there's already plans for a Bumblebee 2, a Cybertron movie (most likely animated) and an Optimus solo film, now let's hope that Hasbro comes through with them and make them just as good as the Bumblebee Movie

What did I think of this movie?
It was therapeutic! Everything that the previous movies did wrong, Bumblebee either scaled back on or just did not do.
The people behind the camera actually cared about what they were doing. The robots were easy to tell apart. When they fought, you could follow what was happening. Whenever a human character was on screen, they weren't annoying caricatures; they were actually likeable, sympathetic, or both. No over-the-top explosions, no camera lingering on muscle cars or hot chicks, none of that. The overall story was actually that; a beginning, middle, and end where the characters grew as they went. It wasn't a complicated story; matter of fact, if you've seen The Iron Giant, then Bumblebee will look familiar to you.
Also, the Cybertron scenes were AWESOME. Just... YES.
I'm actually excited for the next Transformers movie. Seriously, I'm excited! Anyone else?
