Fantastic video! Thank you. I was wondering why I was still missing one even after following it and I realized there seems to be a glitch at least on the Xbox version. The map for Faye that shows the treasure at the bottom of the tunnel to the beach also counts for the treasure above the entrance to the beach as well. There is no separate map for it.

if you know the town good enough , you'll be able to understand the treasure map.
Study the town map will help too.
