Very healthy, no medication, 80 year old. Walk a big dog 3 times a day, in the South African sunshine and walk barefoot most of my time. Eat only fresh, self cooked, real food. Sleep well. I have been alone for 20 years, no family, no close friends, happily go without speaking to another human for days. I am creative and would rather spend my time learning something or making something, than interact with someone else. Some people love to be alone, I have been one, since childhood.

I believe ppl with a high social IQ can keep themselves so occupied that it doesn't occur that we are often doing things alone. however, when you are out walking your dog I'm sure you see ppl and when you are reading or learning or watching (as you just did) something new, you are taking in the information that another person has created. so, that creates connection in a way that still satisfies your social desires.

Why do we call it disease? It is actually disease dis-4:36 ease. We are out of ease. Our Heavenly Father Yahvah didn't make an imperfect world. He made a perfect world. All the troubles etc are as a direct result of Satan and his minions influencing man and woman. Then man or woman does what Satan gets them to do. Satan can do nothing on his own. So the big issue is man's fallen state. "If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways I will heal their land." I'm talking a complete healing not a partial healing. The ball is in man's court!!!

She ended up having a place on their property where she could have people from all over the world who could come to her for natural help and healing. Unfortunately the Medical Dr's. Association, Government, etc. took her to court in a dirty way and refused to let her be a part of her own work anymore and tried to completely ruin her reputation. She now travels to the U.S., New Zealand, etc. to do her lectures and to help people who come to them. I find her amazing and the fact that your guest speaker is also saying so many of these things that she teaches have kept me rapt with attention. Thank- you both for a fascinating video. Finding out my MTHFR mutations and vitamins protocols saved me. I was bed ridden for almost 5 years, every single system was haywire, deficient b12, vit bs and d, zero testosterone, ferritin at 1400, blown thyroid, dyeing liver, cognitive, mobility and speech slurring, brain fog, aching joints, severe anxiety....a shell of a man unable to even pick up my kids. Thought of packing it in a few times I was so sick. I took a high dose of multiple methylated vitamins and 4 days later it was like being born again. It was the first time in a decade that I did not have crushing anxiety and dread and fear.. I attended to each issue individually, cried daily for a month at wondering if this what normal people feel like.. Now at the gym daily, I am back, alive and so grateful for life, and everything I have. Not everyone will respond the way my body did, and It's still a slow climb to get my body functioning, gain muscle, strength..but I now have another chance at life. Thank you. I am so grateful.

No matter what test i want to try, the expensive is extortionate! Whilst he might be brilliant, these companies are getting rich at our expense! I had real hopes in trying to contact this gentleman, my life is zilch with fears, phobias, etc.etc. as for going out in the sun, perhaps they forgot about agrphobics that cant go out" So my hopes are shattered, even when i wrote down the methyl stuff i have since read it is dangerous very dangerous to take methyl folate in many cases, so now i give up! I did watch this guy about a year ago, it was the same one, but for people like me that can't afford all these tests, we dont stand a chance in getting better, so all we have to do is try to help ourselves. 2. Search for rs1801133.
That row, if you see C or G, you got the good normal gene.
A or T is the bad one.
I have AG, so 50% good gene.

I started the Carnivore way of eating 20 months ago and within 4 days my blood pressure had gone from out of control even on medication to 108/63. It has been normal ever since, and without any medication.
I only started eating this way to fix my severe acid reflux that was a result of my hiatal hernia, so I was shocked when I went to my doctor's appointment and had such a great bp reading! I had been taking blood pressure meds for over a decade and they had been increased from 1 pill to 1 and a half pills, to 2 pills, and even after that, I was regularly having bp in the 160s/90s range. It was out of control!
Eating beef (ground beef, oxtail, steak, and occasional beef liver), eggs, tallow, ghee, mackerel, and sardines reversed about 30 issues for me. Leaving out the plant toxins (natural pesticides and carcinogens) as well as the antinutrients, really improved my health.
Just as an example, broccoli contains phytates which inhibit the absorption of copper, calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. It also contains trypsin inhibitors that prevent the body from breaking down protein into the amino acids the body uses to rebuild and replace tissues.
By cutting out these antinutrients and consuming nutritionally dense meat and eggs, I have reversed not only high blood pressure, but a host of other issues from urinary incontinence (which I suffered with for 33 years!) to floaters, to even (I recently discovered) lactose intolerance!
Ingesting carbohydrates glycates all of the cells in the body and causes inflammation. And ingesting carbohydrates in the ridiculous amounts people regularly do today really does untold damage throughout the body.
And, as the blood sugar level spikes and then remains high for people who are insulin resistant, the insulin that has to remain in the bloodstream for up to 6 hours after a meal, also causes damage.
So, deficiencies plus inflammation equals the host of chronic (physical and mental, although "mental" is just physical in the brain) health issues most of us face today.

The last three months of my last pregnancy was pretty treacherous. I had panic attacks that I could not articulate to my health providers. The physical things that were happening to me were hard to put into words. I want the emergency room twice only to not to be listened to and sent to obstetrics to monitor the baby. I felt like I was passing out all the time, but I wasn’t actually passing out. It was so hard to explain. Crazy heart palpitations and I was becoming agoraphobic because of the fear of passing out in public. I dealt with that feeling on and off for three years after that pregnancy as well. Somebody told me to take b complex because I felt so tired all the time. So I went ahead and bought some b complex. Within two weeks all of my anxiety all of my panic attacks all of those horrible physical feelings, completely disappeared. I suffered for years and all I had was a severe b deficiency. Not one doctor listened to me and every single one refused to take bloodwork and put me on antidepressants which of course didn’t work. It’s amazing what mainstream doctors don’t know….or maybe more so, they don’t care.

AND he impressed me with his concern for the regular eveyday person who is NOT getting the best advice from the medical field. Especially here in the US where MD's actually only have a few minutes to talk with you IF they see you instead of sending their NP to you. And where MD's here are not trained in alternative wholistic medicine. We are prescribed medicines that harm us over time, that are energetically marketed to doctors and the general public only because the goal is profit not to serve the greater good. Please share this video with everyone you know. Solid answers are here for people with health issues. Gary Brecka is a man of integrity with a wealth of informed answers for best health.

Mushrooms for the sole and copper for the conduction. Not only eco-friendly but also challenges the traditional fast-fashion mentality by encouraging individuals to value their products and take care of them.
Allowing the sneakers to return to the earth, you’ll never have to feel guilty again throwing out a part of sneakers again.

I did Gary’s test. I’m glad I did but a word of caution and something I found out the hard way. If you have MTHFR and you start taking methylfolate, you can get a bad reaction. You may have to start at an extremely low dose. Some people, like myself (and confirmed this with a genetic doctor I’ve seen after doing Gary’s test and wanted to dig deeper), can have a strong reaction where they get intense anxiety, can’t sleep, and strong feelings of being flushed that can last for months. Thankfully mine lasted a few days and went away when I donated blood but I’ve seen horror stories of people having reactions that lasted months from just one dose and they wanted to kill themselves. Just a word of caution that methylfolate is no joke for someone who can’t methylate well and you need to start SUPER, super, super, super, super low and work your way up.

What a beautiful soul . And what a unique mind. I was born with horrific anxiety, night terrors , insomnia leading to severe panic attacks starting in my teens. Periods of disabling panic attacks and the ensuing depression all of my life. Yet I fought like hell, moved to NYC, had a very successful clothing line and other businesses. I cry thinking how this level of healing & help would have changed my life. I could never really trust or get close enough for marriage and wouldn’t have children as I feared passing the problem on to a child. I feel a huge awakening from his information. Thank you. 🙏

Hi, Its Pamela Here. I've lived alone for over 20 years and have become increasingly isolated because other humans are overwhelming for me! The spitefulness and envy never stops, very few people say anything nice to me, regardless of the charity/volunteering I do, or the amount of money I give people. We live in a sick society of horrible, people. I don't believe that living alone shortens your life.

She is 11 and half younger. Her monthly lot rent is double my yearly taxes. My biggest stress days is going shopping at walmart that is every two weeks. Now im at a point where im looking anywhere for answers, i have tried the medication roulette, apart from adhd meds as im a late diagnosis and there is a shortage where i live so people who are already on medication are prioritised. i get it, but i need a operation soon ( inguinal hernia ) my life is incredibly limited right now and things will get worse if i dont find something so im looking everywhere, dont think i could get the cash together for the test this man talks about though.

How timely for me!! I recently recalled the benefits of amino acids & pulled out my books, ordered the specific aminos I tested deficient in, along with an amino blend & an excellent multi + necessary co-factors, herbs, omegas, etc. The difference in how I felt - even the first day! - was undeniable!! After years - decades - of anxiety, depression, fatigue, which eventually became lethargy & inability to work, and now I have HOPE! The cool thing about aminos is that if you’re unbalanced, after supplementation with correct aminos, your body will kick in & make the correct amount you need - - soon you will no longer need to supplement (or will be able to drastically cut back!!). This is opposite of pharma drugs, which trap you in an ever-increasing amount, plus usually the addition of even more drugs. Aminos are IT!! Balance them, and you ALSO no longer desire drugs or alcohol to feel “normal”!!

Yes in US if you ask a doctor for specific tests they call you crazy. “I think this is all mods related that we can discuss at your next visit” is what my PCP told me about my autoimmune concerns. A new PCP referred me to the cancer center afraid he was missing something. He said probably autoimmune they can’t figure out. Well cancer center took one visual look at my outer appearance and within 20 seconds said “hi I’m doctor Hassan, there’s no way you have cancer” he said and he kind of laughed at the fact I was there. These are just some of the doctors that have severely hurt my health over the last 4 years. So tired of doctors dismissing people here in US. They think just because they can’t see it or they might not know, that must mean this person is crazy and their symptoms/illness does not exist. I have markers for sever inflammation. History of MS, diabetes etc. doctors don’t care. I go to neurologist for multilevel spondylosis and it causes me issues but my neurologist only talks about forcing insurance companies to cover nurtec. Yes this med has taken away the stroke symptoms I got with migraines and I’m thankful. But as far as taking control of my health, or preventative for more degeneration. Or anything, no I’m crazy. I need to see a psychologist etc. who do you call to get all these tests because here doctors say no.
