Duo looks better but I prefer lenovo's hinge. It's goes 180 proper flat and has tent mode.
Waiting for v3 - awesome walk-through, love the content, thank you!!!
any idea when the v3 drops?
I'm obsessed with this innovation, and can't wait to try it, Lenovo is on fire!
I hope you're not implying that Lenovo "invented" dual-screen laptops.
@@PSYCHOV3N0M I think it was Acer's Iconia 6120 that was the first dual-screen laptop
I watched a couple of your vids. You just earned another sub 😊
Woaw Dual Screen Laptop!!! Lenovo & Asus are so Great Tech Developers!!! 👍🏻😲👍🏻
Bro, I'm loving this laptop! It's super cool, even though I'd never use it, it's dope! Plus, bro love your vids, you bring your personality and charm that's super rare, cool and smooth! Keep makin' awesome stuff man!
This is definately what I need working from home. I need two screens so this would be ideal like when I need to be away from my house.
I'd check out the asus duo 2024
@@insevanhouts thanks
If you're only working from home, you'll spend less on a PC and can have 2 larger (say 27") screens and a much faster CPU. But if you're on the go, then this is ideal if you don't mind the 60Hz display.
@@nicholash8021 the Asus Duo 2024 has two 120hz displays :)
Awesome imaginative Lenovo Yoga Book with two screens, I like the virtual keyboard and the clap-on rel keyboard.
Asus Zenbook Duo smashes this one sooo hard, in my opinion.
It has a traditional laptop mode/experience, with a full functional keyboard magnets to the bottom screen and also has pins to do a wired connection so it's a wired keyboard in this mode.
And the keyboard has a touchpad, so when you detach it, you don't need a mouse (unless you prefer to still have a mouse).
And it has a built-in stand, so you don't need to carry the case and set it up and put on the laptop. All you need is open the stand and done.
And it has the H series CPU which can provide more power.
And it has more types of port, HDMI, headphone jack and a USB Type A, in addition of USB Type C ports.
Asus nails it this time, can't wait to see your review on that one.
I prefer this due to the balanced screens instead of having one on top of the other... with a gap between them....
BUT the Asus has a touchpad, which some people may like. I use a mouse, so whatever.
you are right but im like a 90 persent mouse user and i think lenovo has more build quality
also i like the case since its good to protect the keyboard when its in your bag or something
@@xmaverickhunterkxagree with you and some of the main post. I like the design of the Lenovo. Looks clean with matching screen shapes as you say. Only issue is it looks like the ASU’s will come in $500 cheaper and with double the RAM in the base model.
So it’s the smart affordability decision but as an office worker that Lenovo design is nice and looks less intrusive if I am in a cafe or meeting as opposed to two massive 14 inch screens.
I just saw the Asus today and happen to get a notification for the Lenovo to be back in stock that I have been waiting for so long. The keyboard sounds exciting, but my only issue is I don't want to carry my keyboard around. Do you know if the Asus can fold with the keyboard in it?
@@devshah5570 it certainly does. You place the keyboard on the screen and it folds very clean. Looks like a normal laptop in that mode. It is a lot cheaper too and I think with 32GB ram maybe as stock?!
6:28 Come on Lenovo, choppy transitions in 2024 for a $2K+ device?!? Maybe it's due to the animated background, but these things NEED polishing since it's such a core function of this device
Also I missed the rundown of the improvements compared to last year, is the new intel processor (to be expected since new year) + AI integration with the NPU, or are there more? Had an eye on the 2023 version on BlackFriday and price didn't budge so Lenovo helped me save some money... but if this is all the update this year, then i'll just wait it out some more
The real bump should be with "AI-certified laptops," which Microsoft will required to have at least 16 GB of RAM (long overdue) and 40 TOPS (which no CPU currently has, but which both Lunar Lake and Strix Point will). Microsoft is said to be collaborating with Intel on Lunar Lake, and Strix Point will feature Zen 5, so 2024 should be a good year for CPU launches, though me may have to wait until next year to find these CPUs in laptops we can actually purchase.
Great for translation work on the go. Especially the vertical mode. Let's hope for a Strix Point version next time.
This is dope. It reminds me of my Microsoft Surface Duo 2 phone but in laptop form( most reviewers didn't get it and hated but whenever I'm in public, everyone stops me and asks what my phone is) ... Bottom line is more screens is better
Microsoft had something like this planned st the same time with the duo 1 but saidly it never came out. Microsoft Surface Neo. There is a trailer on RUclips.
Facts! Reviewers are either Samsung or Apple fanboys, so of course they trashed it.
Surface Duo is my favorite tech device of all time and it ain't even close.
Looks great! What backpack is that? Dope content!
JUST AMAZING
What about Asus dual screen laptop? It's keyboard setup is better
Thanks!
Not really. Once you are in dual screen mode, ASUS' keyboard is too big.
There is zero reason for a track pad on a touchscreen laptop with pen support.
This guys was definitely not paid to sway people from getting the dual screen Asus Laptop. 😂
lol i was thinking the same thing and came here to say it in the comments ...
After i saw Dave2D video that Lenovo is already obsolete...well the Lenovo still has tablet mode
Dude, you have a doppelganger in Phantom from the new UK Gladiators! Been thinking for days where I knew the guy from 😂
Now this, is innovative
That thing’s incredible
Does the new 2024 model has an illuminated keyboard ? Thank you. Great video
Its amazing how u still look like you did 11 years ago. I just saw your beats Speaker video review 😂
This is really cool. I'm going to look this up some more and so far I think this will work as gifts for some friends. I prefer Lenovo over Asus for quality long term.
I wouldn't mind a more powerful version of this notebook it's so awesome and I use it to edit vdos
Can’t wait to day trade on the go with this 😂
Got an Asus Zenbook Duo 2024.
Returned it after a day because:
1. The internal fan made a clicking noise and was constantly hitting some wire or cable inside as it was doing so Support Rep said that it is a common issue in many units and that usually Asus irons it out about 6 months later.
2. The 120hz screens sound good on paper but more often than not I found myself not making any use of it because videos are in 60hz when attending classes, lectures, and streaming (YT, Netflix, Prime Video etc.)
3. Gaming performance is not great and more often than not the fans kicked in. I guess that is expected from integrated graphics so no point in 120hz.
4. Hinge doesn’t go well enough for vertical mode. The hinge is still like a traditional laptop so one screen ends up a few centimeters behind the other in vertical mode which makes multitasking really disconnected.
Hopefully, the Lenovo works….
I've owned it since it was released last year. It's simply the best laptop I've ever owned. (Also - I nearly jumped over to the Asus Zenbook Duo. Really happy I decided against it.)
I have a great idea for a new video featuring Anker Prime Power Banks.
Awesome 😊😊😊
Nice that you're showing us some new tech, but I think it's safe to say that you're not the "average consumer" anymore....far from it actually! We're out here looking for sub $1K laptops...and you bring this to us!.... Average..WoW!
Interested to see how this compares long term to the new Asus Zenbook Duo they showed off at CES. Definitely think Asus is ahead of the pack in terms of design.
In terms of Price yes, but anything else.
Keyboard is too big to use in dual screen model.
You don't need a track pad on a touchscree laptop with pen support.
And the laptop is uneven when placed horizontally
Yeah, this is a real unfortunate sponsored video when the the new Asus duo exists.
Can you do a test with this and an external GPU to see if you can get significant gaming gains?
I switch my laptop from m1 map 13 to m2 pro mbp 16 I can't even notice the differences between the 60hz and 120hz on laptop for daily use, but can easily tell the differences when using iPhone and iPad Pro
Still at how much it cost tehy could have integrate 120Hz...asus is cheaper and has 120Hz
@@IceColdDarkness13 that’s best mini led out there will top contrast and color accuracy also super high brightness
This is great for stock trader that likes to move around a bit and takes advantage that he’s not bound to an office
That would be just awesome for me you can pretty much do so much ill give it an Aplus!!
Pretty fancy kindle
The one thing I don't like about this that I like about the asus version is the removable keyboard is stored on the lower screen. I wouldn't have to unpack the computer, keyboard, and stand when I wanted to use it.
I can assure you that 30 more seconds would destory our life.
love this more than Asus ver but needs a spec upgrade.
The future is nice and bright.
It ships with a mouse because the on screen touchpad is not really good. That gives me pause. I work in my car mostly and needing a mouse for my laptop....i dunno. I feel like a laptop can't carry that tag if you can't use it on your lap all on it's own
Why does everyone skip over the tablet mode!! DX DX It has a 360 hinge for a reason! I really want to see some conversation about that too. Like how the screen copes with being face down. Whats protecting it.
Came here for this, it's basically the main reason why you might choose it over the Zenbook Duo.
dude, its the perfect ds/3ds emulator
Does the 2024 model have a keyboard with backlight? Thank you
I feel like the new asus duo did it better
Because it definitely did!
That's why Lenovo hit the panic sponsor button
@@JS-fm3xg makes sense!
Yes because they actually gave it a kickstand instead of the origami nonsense
Please share link 😅
hi buddy, is this a GEN 9? THANKS
What about battery life? Charge time?
Cool laptop
Where's the weight measurement of all the parts?
Hope Lenovo isn’t forcing you to keep this video too long
wow you like gundam bro?
are you like mg narrative ver ka?
we need more screens, how about .. 15?
How many years would this laptop last though?
LENOVO... to make this a perfect dual-screen "book" laptop, a few changes are needed IMHO:
1. Offer a 155H and 185H version. The 155U is weak (only 12 cores and only 2 of them are performance cores. I get that you want to offer good battery life, but new battery technologies are arising.
2. Offer a 120Hz 3K display. 60Hz is just so 2010's, and it's NOT smooth at all with motion.
3. Increase the size to a full 14-inch version like your Yoga single-screen laptops. 13.3" is just a tad too small--not even as big as letter-size paper.
With these three changes above, it would be clearly better than the new ASUS Zenbook DUO 14" which has all of these 3 wishes but does not have tent or tablet modes. Due to this, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place--having to wait 1 more year for someone to finally put this all together in one device.
Exactly what i was thinking
He's cute, and presents well!
I hope keyboard with touchpad like asus
ASUS Zenbook DUO (2024) is more practical and intuitive!
Best Laptop
Waiting for a contiguous foldable screen as in Samsung fold phone, when unfolded, 26"
It's called a foldable screen.
That's it.
Lenovo Yoga Book 9i is NOT a foldable laptop. It's a dual-screen laptop.
Learn the difference.
Lenovo is due to release their 2nd gen Thinkpad X1 Fold which was delayed since 2022.
Doing a sponsored video about thin laptop around the time when it's main competitor (Zenbook duo) is released and not talking about that competitor, makes this just an ad really.
No, the best laptop to get work done is the 18’ inch 2.5k screen Acer Predator Helios 2024 model with a i9 14900HX RTX 4090 250hz Mini LED screen and all the ports you could ask for.
ACER = AWAS CEPAT RUSAK LOL
All pro and no cons. Sponsored at its best.
Soon we're gonna have like 5 screens in a set up. Even a laptop. As a RUclipsr myself this would actually be a dream.
does anyone know if this outputs on a monitor 4k 120hz?
What about the functionality of the pen there???Didn't even mentioned!
What about it? It is 2024 all pens are the pretty much same.
Cool
Thanks, but I MUCH prefer Asus Zenbook Duo, than that laptop.
Saw this at shop, screens look small
spotted strike freedom and destiny gundam auto subscribeee
I need to stop watching cuz........now I want one! 😆
OK I SEE THE EDITING ON THIS ONE GIVE SOMEONE A RAISE lol
Can someone please go wake up Ur Average Consumer! Where are your s24 ultra review videos?? We're waiting!!
Tf is that giant galaxy fold??🤨
Better because it's not a giant plastic screen lol
No numberpad
The Asus is so more versatile than this one. I hope this pushes Lenovo to make their next one even better.
Why do people need multiple displays?
Speaking from personal experience as a 13 inch MacBook user, the screen space can feel cramped especially when I'm jumping through different Safari tabs and various apps, if I had another monitor/display I'd be able to put some of that content on it (like of I'm typing an essay on one screen and have tabs of sources on the other display).
Only 60Hz screen 😭
As for me, Asus is the G.O.A.T ! No doubt Lenovo has somewhat a better design built but I’m not entirely drawn to the aesthetic side of computers rather I’m more into the performance and power to deliver.
By comparison between Lenovo and Asus in =
CPU--Asus win
iGPU---Asus win
NPU----Both
No of RAM--Asus win
No of Cores---Asus win
Full keyboard UX--Asus win
Design Built---Relative
Fun Factor---Lenovo win
Price Point---Asus win.
So overall in my book Asus Wins!
Asus has the most interesting laptop of 2024. They have a better dual screen laptop.
Asus got the same product and even better
So many influences reviewing window laptop and react so surprisingly.....But end up using apple
Sorry i know it s a sponsored video but well it proves you cannot give an honest opinion review and have cold feet
Asus duo....is a bit better
why would anyone buy this over the asus zenbook duo? its cheaper and better
interesting 🤔🤔
I'd rather have the new Asus
also it was sponsored so dont trust his words
I don't like small laptops. This laptop is definitely not for me.
my business is future trading. this type of laptop best suited for my kind of job.
Lenovo aint playing in 2024, wow.
The battery life is a huge disappointment
How bad is it?
@JasonHarrisonMJF 4 to 6 hours, depending on streaming usage. That's horrible for a brand new product.
@@strongstronger1691 I agree!
Releasing this right after Zenbook Duo releases so many videos is really bad timing. Moreover the repetition of that "best" word. Please consider your channel reputation more than your sponsor.
that not a laptop. is a portable desktop....
it sucks compared to the asus zenbook duo

No thank you.
Please sapot me ❤❤❤❤😂😂
What if you don’t have eight fingers to put it into keyboard mode? Jk jk
More like Origami Book
