Hey! First, I love your videos! Thanks for making them! Second, I LOVE the batter mixer and dispenser! Lastly, I'm a PC Consultant as well and I noticed you had trouble when you first started to mix the batter. A good way to make it easier is to put the top piece in so the mixing part that looks like a wheel is on the bottom of the container then add your dry and wet ingredients on top of that. It makes is much easier to mix if the mixer is under the ingredients when you begin :)

Well shoot! I just looked up the care instruction and it does say to hand wash only. My bad! I have always put mine in the dishwasher and it’s been fine but I guess do so at your own risk 😬 if you are hand washing I would definitely soak it then use the the round brush to clean it.

I would cook them at 350 degrees. Every oven cooks differently so keep an eye on them. I like to take them out when they are still soft in the middle

I like the pan i just have a hard time getting the brownies out of the pan
Make sure to spray the pan using Pampered chefs olive oil Spritzer.
