@@Poxonlox Oh yeah 100% Ace is an amazing pic! My advice to a beginner as someone who loves siege; would be to play around and figure out what you're comfortable with! I was a Finka /Lion main for the first 200 hours of siege. (During operation Ember Rise) A lot of people said it was a weird choice but it worked for me so who cares! And that's the mentality you kind of need to have when playing Rainbow "If it sounds stupid but it works, It's not stupid."
I like to think that Gridlock is also very beginner friendly since: - 3 armor = survival - LMG with little recoil and respectable damage - Gadget super useful and forgiving The only downside is that if you want to rake up kill, she MIGHT not be that one
Maybe you can play some operators after getting some time with an other operator. Starting with Termine, Getting Ace and than Hibanna ... Could work for a lot of operator, because most of them can be categorized. If you play since beginning it is surely a lot easier, because you have to learn just 2 Operators per Season - Later just 1.

An operator for attack you could use is Jackal, since you are new you won’t have much drone work or map knowledge so Jackal would be perfect he has good guns and little recoil. He tracks people for your entire team and he can’t see where you are. You have to scan footsteps for it. If the footsteps are green they are new and were left behind not long ago they are blue they are a little bit older and if they are red they are old. It’s a very good intel operator and you can learn map knowledge and get some kills while at it hope you have fun with this operator If used 😁
personally i think maverick and castle are best beginner ops, castle to barricade everyone in site and cut off defender rotations, and mav because mav tricking is ez and people never mess it up
Hey I just got back into seige. I'm a prized bronze. Jk. But I was in a debate with my buddy to leave some default cams on as long as we are out of the area cuz as a defender late round checking cams is time consuming. Any opinions on this?
Oh I thought muzzle brake was only good for when you want to single fire I don't really play sledge often but it's good to know that about him i normally play hibana or sens what are good attachments for them I don't see them anywhere on youtube
Do your opponents use their drones much, watch cams, and share intel much at your current level? If not then you're probably not getting much out of Vigil and Nokk and should look at some ops that counter what the other team is doing.

Half true. While yes, the color is just how recently the op was there, there are indeed 4 different shoeprint patterns and everyone is assigned one of them. There's an outdated graphic of this on Jackal's fandom wiki page, but don't expect it to be applicable in-game unless you're the sweatiest Jackal main known to man

Ash is a cheap Zofia, still very good op as the stats are the same except for guns. (Zofia has a better gadget.) new players watching this should definitely get Ash then save up for Zofia.
Faster + G36 unfortunately. Only time I'd consider zof over her is on bank attacking 2F to hold white hall from the parking ramp rappel solely because she gets 2x's. And that's if they don't reinforce that wall for some reason
@@pitchblendeprotogen W info, been tryna tell my cousin who likes playing aggressive to play those two ops rather than playing BB and using his shield off spawn then proceeding to die to the most obvious spawnpeek 😭 (i main ash when i can because 1.5 and a long barrel go hard on the g36.)
I would say 1 or I'll say 2 great defenders are at least in my opinion doc and rook they both have fantastic weapons actually all of they're weapons are good the p90 the MP5 and even the shotty is great and both of they're gadget's don't require too much skill to use since doc you just shoot stim at your self or at a teammate and with rook you juts place the armor pack down or you could go with literally any of the British ops cause well they're always good i mean sure the SMG 11 does require a lot of recoil control but it ain't that bad or all of the Russians are also great especially with well everybody being good in year 1 all the year 1 ops are great since i feel like they're the mist balanced none of the year 1s are too op nor too weak they're all good

I think frost is awesome pick for beginners, strong gun with no recoil and new players does not look out for the mats every time :)

He's a powerful hard breacher and he has a really good primary AR (I use a flash-hider on it)
Solis can counter him though but other than that. U maybe right.

Why do you chose to use the compensator over the flash-hider?
Compensator targets horizontal recoil so it's an easier spray pattern (just pull down) instead of the random side jumps

Removes the initial.jump of the first bullet making the accuracy of the second bullet a lot better

Why do you use the compensator for most of the guns? It looks like muzzle break and flash hider decrease recoil more
Compensator decreases horizontal recoil, which is the hardest to control. It also just got buffed HARD.
