I am impressed that you got the prices you did. I know people tend to underprice their work but I can’t see the items selling here (UK) for more than half the price you charge. People here should charge more - a medium size loaf cat sells for about £15 here.
You should consider the actual time at the market - two of you for two and a half days. This is part of your cost too. The benefit of markets over online is the interaction with the customer- instant feedback!

So with cost of materials, it's already built into the pricing of my plushies, I didn't really consider it as an overall deduction for this market. Especially if not everything sold and I also have more products for a later market! So I just do a blanket of $5 per plushie and leave it at that otherwise it'll be a lot of calculations that I would rather just spend the time making another itty bitty :P
