I’m like you. I love inviting people to my house! So I don’t mind the cooking - often I start days in advance making desserts and grinding ginger/garlic etc. It’s all worth it when your guests enjoy your food! The only thing I hate is clean up. My husband is amazing at doing dishes and helping to put away extra chairs and sweeping! So I get the help!

I’m exhausted just looking!😂 that’s me cooking for Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve! LOL! I it takes me 3 days of cooking. One day is for side dishes, 2nd day marinate whatever meats I’m serving and get everything ready for day of feast; 3rd day is for desserts making; pies, tarts, cakes etc. You are wonderful!
