    Philly Cheesesteak Bread
    8 to 12 oz. Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 sweet onion, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 oz. mushrooms (optional)
    1 loaf French or Italian bread, cut in half lengthwise
    8 oz. provolone cheese
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    Instructions
    Slice steak as thinly as possible and season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet heat oil and then sear thinly sliced steak in batches. Remove steak and place on a plate. In the same skillet sautee onions and peppers with garlic until tender. A little more oil may be needed. Then return beef back to the skillet. Add Worcestershire and stir. Turn off the heat. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Spread cheese mixture onto each bread half. Top with beef mixture and then top with slices of provolone cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese has melted. Slice and serve.
