I was born in Calgary but moved to Toronto when I was young. Now that I’m a single adult living on her own I’ve definitely been thinking about moving back to Calgary. The more videos I watch the more excited I get 😊
Been browsing for a new place to live and I always tend to fall back on Alberta. Because realistically , Vancouver is too expensive . Thanks for the video.

Appreciate it Frank! I was born in Barrie, have lived in Kingston, Ottawa, now currently Vancouver, but headed to Calgary for another start in 30 days! See you on 17th!
I dont mean to be so offtopic but does anybody know of a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow lost my login password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me
@Damien Kieran Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and Im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
me and my girlfriend are looking to move to calgary in the next year or so from the uk, we have a holiday booked to fly on wednesday, really enjoyed this video thanks for the info
The job market is difficult here but so worth it. We love Calgary. If you want the perfect blend of Urban life with Mountain nature it is great. Also housing is relatively affordable compared to other urban centres in Canada. The weather is actually great, it's not that cold. The Chinooks are crazy...I've been going to SAIT and it got to over 12C in January.
I'm going to be moving from Toronto to Calgary for the same reasons this year! Thanks for this video. Getting all the stuff I own over there is freaking me out, but I'm sure there's a way😃
You are not alone. I see so many Ontario plates here in Calgary lately and the number is growing. However I can't tell why this is becoming a trend though.
Hey did you end up moving your stuff there? We're also looking into moving there from Quebec and we're not sure it's worth moving it instead of just selling and buying back (the latter could be a little more costly)
Most awesome video again. I love how you added an Indigenous fact and hopefully Calgary will become Silicone valley of the north. I moved here from the Ottawa Valley (Deep River) many moons ago. There is more to Alberta than oil and gas. Farming, filming, tourism, and the new forms of energy development. Keep up the good work.
Enjoyed the video and totally agree with you. I moved here from another country in July 2020 despite of hearing many negative things about the city. Overall I don't regret my decision.
I live on vancouver island and the houses in my city are more expensive than calgary lol, thinking about moving so thank you for the informative video!
We moved from Vancouver Island to Calgary. Its a huge shock getting the amount of sunshine we get here. Winter isn't as cold as people from BC make it out to be. Also we pay the same as a small apartment in Victoria, and have a house with a yard...our quality life is so much higher.
Bit late but thanks for this video! I'm hoping to move to Calgary in 2 years, since the majority of my family already moved to Alberta and I would like to see them more than once every few years :)
hello frank i realy agree with u its impossible to buy a house in the near future in toronto. I'm moving day 25 June to Calgary driving too lets see how it goes it is worth it Calgary ?
Do you think it’s good place for young people? I really want to move there but everyone makes it seem depressing! I’m not a party girl but I also want to live in a lively city!
