I really like your idea of Bonnie also helping Nightmare, but after thinking about it for a while I don't think its the case, here is why:
When explaining to Toy Chica that one of the animatronics has the ability to see every version of the future, The Artifact says that one animatronic from Toy Chica's side got that gift, doesnt make sense for Bonnie to be on her side while also helping Nightmare
The Artifact on the other hand is helping both Toy Chica and Nightmare, giving power to Nightmare and sending help to Toy Chica while giving her some information, The Artifact cant choose sides, and neither can Bonnie even if he wanted too, not turning on Toy Chica is probably one of the rules for Bonnie to follow, to keep the balance
When bonnie says go tell “rest” to be ready, he means funtimes animatronics
I'm really curious about what's going on with Chica.
About Mike, i think the machine got his soul and he lived.
We have to keep in mind that the anomaly is the balance of good and evil

An we know that chica is alive we say at the end of the soul sword 1 an it showed her active on spring traps cumputer it could be an error
But we know she is still alive an active
An also feel like TC might get caught by nightmares when she try’s to find chica an tell her about project A she’ll get trapee like we saw her getting trapped like in the season 4 trailer that’s just my theory 🤔🤔

Here’s a theory, toy chick will meet plushtrap without eyeless Bonnie and will try to kill him
He will probably fail and that will lead Eyeless Bonnie to save him.

13:32 I honestly think he's referring to the Funtimes. In the 2022 Christmas Special we see Plushtrap with Bonnie's plush and Funtime Freddy's head. Now knowing that Plushtrap is a good guy, I would assume the Funtimes are what Bonnie means by "the rest".
This is also what I think is going to happen and I hope it’s in the next few videos 😄
I remember the ending of zajcu37 Christmas special with glamrocks and we saw vanny in ending which means what if its glamrocks. But I am mostly wrong because we would have had a hint of em. Lord knows. I know that the mimic might appear at some point along with burntrap.

seeing nbonnie dead in the christmas special i don't think he will die, otherwise it would be a great destruction of the plot where a character who has already been through so much would die, in my opinion scraptrap will brush against death, or eb will save him, but I think he will definitely not die, and even if it is, maybe they'll restore him from the file, and he'll remember his memories of his world and live on
springtrap is the only unsolved puzzle, why do we still have his file on the device, gf has already been resurrected once and will be again, probably the puppet file will be in lefty, but springtrap? why would he have it, maybe he will die, but it will be recreated again, because as puppet as lefty is some new form of character, but who would scraptrap become now? I think they'll just resurrect him if need be

I’m concerned about why plush is actually helping Bonnie and these others plush said Bonnie saved him from execution and that shadow Freddy betrayed him so I assume this goes back to death trap 1 where shadow Freddy didn’t kill him after failing to kill TC because he would still be useful to his plan so I think once shadow Freddy got strong enough he decided to kill plush because he didn’t need him anymore
I think possibly these others could either be funtimes or the rest of the surviving animatronics and could explain how they survived for years under Bonnies protection
I think it's the Funtimes. I don't know what else their role could be.
Bro, I thought for the longest time it was Chica that was the one who got the gift of seeing all the futures
my theory, about shes still there isnt she, probably boonie told it because, he wants to somehow remind toy chica, about mangle, when shes still issue here, and they will need maybe to fight her, or some others deals with her, to keep her alive instead of killing
Zajcu confirmed that when he said "She's still here,isn't she?" When Bonnie said "She" He was referring to chica.
Imagine it was glamrocks as they. But yet i believe more that it is the funtimes since they already appeared in a zajcu37 episode.
By "she" Bonnie was referring to Chica I believe.

also i have other thing, remember in death trap 1 when nfoxy said "he also failed" it gives me a hint that maybe also other nightmare minions dont like shadow freddy, and would they will be against him in the finale, except for all the factory soldiers, which are irrelevant to the plot anyway, and they are copies very easy to destroy, and who plushtrap means by saying the rest? i think maybe fnaf sl characters, or other minions.
Now that I think about it. Nightmare Foxy might end up betraying Shadow Freddy. We know in the trailer he tried finding TC as she was headed to the factory. Perhaps he failed to catch her and Nightmare tried to punish him by death but he escaped and became good. If so I can see an interesting alliance in the finale.
