Would’ve been better from a story standpoint if Sparx stayed missing, that was there’d be more drive for Spyro to search for the dragonflies.

Hunter is screaming because of the fact that they are going to have a very crappy Spyro game.
3/9 of these stages were fun, the dojo level and cloud 9 weren't terrible, glad I pushed through to beat Ripto once and experience stages 6, 8, & 9 - but HOOOOOLY completing this game was an act of masochism. The honey marsh level, despite having original trilogy vibes was absolutely cursed. died about 15 times by honey that burns you like lava. Don't let anyone tell you your childhood memories are wrong, but make you no mistake this game is a travesty. as much as some love it for being their childhood, others of us dislike it because it pretty much put the nail in the coffin for ours. can't believe this is the last game with the old school play style and voice actors, I would like to see this game completely remade (with what they have as the base) with those they could recruit to come back. Thanks for posting, saved me HOURS of my life trying to 100% this thing

His screaming cracks me up and it's understandable it's because The Sorceress is pretty scary since she tried to kill Spyro and his entire race and new brothers and sisters for their wings.

This Spyro game is underrated, it may be “The Wrath of Cortex” of Spyro but I actually had fun playing this game.

this game feels so unfinished and unpolished. the only good thing about bad games are the cast and music. this game should've been made by insomniac with a new villain and not ripto. because we killed him in lava. and more levels
To be fair, Ripto and Gnasty Gnorc are confirmed to still be alive in Year of the Dragon if you read the second half of the epilogue once you get all the skill points...or was it opening the final level...fuck i forget.
I guess Spyro’s wink indicated to the game player that everything is about to go to shit from here on out in the next few years lol.

If a new Spyro game ever gets made, I’d like to see Spyro, Gnasty Gnorc, and Ripto all be forced to team up to defeat an even bigger threat.

It would be awesome if after the spyro reignighted trilogy, theyd revisit it and make a better story line for a new set of games. The trilogy feels incomplete. I also want to see more of elora hunter and moneybags :)
spyro 4 is hinted in crash 4 so maybe this will be reignighted

Apparently in Spyro 2 Ripto's rage, Gulp and crush, Rioto's henchmen never really talk. But in this game, they do.

The Thieves, ahh! I have a love-hate relationship with those; Hate how they were teasing you and running at lightning speed with your eggs, but their designs are rather adorable. ;3; I wonder if they inspired the Spell Punks in Skylanders, being robed creatures with faces.
Also never knew I needed to see buff Ripto. I never even played Spyro 2 (we had 1 and 3, but not 2; Idk why), but lord this guy is RIPPED, lol! Really putting the "RIP" in Ripto! (or should we say "RIPPED-to"?!)
And lol at Ripto saying "I never win!!". Neo Cortex would feel this. :P

No, just no, this shit dont deserve an remastered, this game ruined the series and is unseless because its not-canonic for the true story
If they do I would highly doubt they'll make it anywhere similar to the original, they'll at least make it better. With fewer glitches, more bosses, and same main character models from the Reignited Trilogy. If not then the Spyro: A Hero Tails will be next to be remastered.
@@tyrantgiant9829 I think the better option would be to ignore all the other Spyro games and just make a new game that picks up where the Reignited Trilogy left off. A reignited timeline if you will.

Needs a remake not a remaster imo with all the intended content featuring, most of the bugs fixed and the game actually running at a decent framerate then the game would actually be enjoyable there's so much cut that we'd basically have half a new game

The Ripto fight has three different variants depending on how much percentage of the game you have completed. The first two fights end with a little speech from Ripto before kicking you back to Dragon Realms, but the third and final one (accessed by entering the boss door with a 100% completion in your game) gives you the ending.
Why is Ripto back?! We threw him in lava in the last game!
Beoney 1 He somehow survived. Him and Gnasty Gnorc had a summit in the Spyro 3 epilogue. Gnorc and Ripto were originally going to team up in Enter The Dragonfly but rushed development resulted in many things not making it into the final version. Lots of planned ideas and concepts as well as extended levels were unused.
To be fair we threw Bowser in lava countless times and he keeps coming back

So I've heard this particular game is bad for a few reasons. Maybe because how the gameplay was made, design and maybe a few bad voice acting. The game maybe rushed but maybe in the future this game will be remastered just like they did with Spyro reignited trilogy. Perhaps then will the game look WAY better than this one.

Pretty sure the thieves technically did too. A lot of characters with matching species (thieves, spirit dragons, and yeti in particular) really sounded all the same. Looking at the voice cast, yeah, they didn't have many people to voice - even the extras - so a lot probably were voiced by the same person and just sounded the same, with different dialogue.

Somebody remade the the first half of the first cutscene with PS1 assets and it looks great.

I know Papu Papu is still alive in the Crash franchise (which honestly surprised me considering he was also of native ancestory), but idk how to compare these since I'm not of the culture and have no experience, so therefore cannot give my personal opinions.
