Huuuugh! I’m 4mos in with two strand twists! I’m taking them out and finna try comb coils... these twists are more difficult than I thought they would be.
I subscribed because I reached 4 months as well and sadly after 2 weeks my hair keeps feeling so dry and brittle. Is it possible to wash and not retwist when your at 4 months or even let the shower run over your hair I oil and etc but it still feels so dry I retwist every 3 weeks
Oil works best as a sealant or carrier of moisture but not an actual moisturizer. It seems like you need a daily moisturizing product. Rose water followed by oil works great. you can get it off of Amazon for about eight bucks product.

Nope. It takes about a year to hit full maturity for most people. Loose hair types take longer
