Carry an extra blanket, you will shiver in both kinds of delivery so bring a blanket for you because most of the time people get comfort in their blanket.
2.have coconut water as much as you can before delivery, in both kind of delovery it will help ypu to keep hydrate .i have gone through c section at 2 pm so last thing i had take tgat was coconut water .

I feel normal clothes and bra works better. I found too much hassle in using feeding zips and feeding bra.
