It was WW2 🇺🇸 ... 🙁🙏 I wish we knew more. The only Son in a Family of girls in Kentucky. He was a Hero, but we all would have loved to know him. Hear him laugh. See his face and his children. It's very sad. Instead, they give me his name and story.

It would be way more likely to be a problem in the vestibular system, but it's too mild to be Menière's or BPPV, so that keeps cerebellum in the race. However, old-age related poor muscle strength or loss of joint flexibility would make more sense right? He's 74 years old, so it should be hard for him to have a straight posture for a prolonged time. Alternatively, cardiovascular disease due to his weight and locking the knees can cause blood to pool in the veins, causing a lack of blood in his head and making him feint, or in a milder stage, dizzy. Don't think his swaying here is much to worry about but the weird water drinking recently where he needed to use his left hand is more concerning, since his right wrist joint would need to be pretty messed up

To start with, he’s obese, so he probably has obesity related chronic health issues.
Perhaps hypertension, hyperlipidemia, (i.e. metabolic syndrome,) obstructive sleep apnea. And I would be very surprised if he didn’t have arteriosclerotic changes to his vasculature. Maybe these problems are controlled with meds, but considering he likes a diet high in junk food, he can’t really be in excellent health. I could be wrong, but he’d have to have “tremendous” “amazing” genes lol. Which is possible.
