thats not the power of the stone. He can transform without it. You can see him use the stone after he already transformed.

I love how beneath that flashy jazz of the music has these volatile, wavering elements which kinda explains his character. Confident and charismatic, but silently in fear of the outcome. Idk if it made sense

Dude is hella op, fought a 5v1 while being nerf, took Himeko's laser in the face like nothing and it took an Emanator to bring him down.
He was in 10% power too because the gem he was holding was very shattered
The fact he only fought because he wanted to lose as well 😭🤚

But I do agree it wasn't a 5v1, it was more like a 3v1 as Acheron was probably not doing much(or anything) before deciding to unsheathe, not like the attacks with her scabbard would do anything anyways, and Welt most likely also holding back.

Aventurine not being refighteable in the Overworld after beating him means that he’ll be a final boss in one of the Simulated Universes. GOOD LUCK.

I love the beginning. It hints an instrument that you usually hear in a scenery of desert, which is fitting for Sigonia IV, Aventurine's origin planet.

But due to their race's innate luck, he always comes out on top so he uses it as an asset to help the IPC
But now he realizes that life is worth living in the journey towards the inevitable end with death, so he marched on with his luck, as he always does, and will always win
God I love this story
his race doesnt have innate luck in reality. There's a voiceline about it. Aventurine says he's lucky but Ratio says it's not all luck. It's his plans. Aventurine wanted to die at first, but then he chooses to die in the dream world (not real life) by having acheron attack him and send him into the sea of dreams to look for secrets instead of being executed by the harmony curse (which would kill him in real life). He's gambling his real life death but acheron understood his gamble (you can watch the cutscene again) and then uses her nihility power to help him.@@Xendrick

I’d be 100% okay if he became the Childe to our protagonist ngl. Make him recurring but also getting stronger as we get stronger too
i was just thinking he really feels a lot like the childe of hsr in that people either hate him or love him and he plays an antagonistic role but isn't actually evil
but i always loved childe and i always loved aventurine :) this theme is so good, i was taking my sweet time during the fight to enjoy it
probably not gonna happen, considering he's already stronger than us and not that fitting as a rival considering his path is so detached from ours. Stellaron hunters would serve that role far better
He doesn't have Childe's lust for battle though.
well idk about that but the new path we will get have a big aventurine motives in it. (dont ask what is it if you dont want to be spoliled but if you seen the art you know what im talking about ) im looking foward to 2.2, to see how is gonna happen and if im close to the true. he already did the biggest move. turning the table, doing the imposible so we can all achieve something more and find all the secrets

Adeventurine was such a 3 dimensional character it was so surprising he went from a scheemer to a guy who had to do gamble with his life at every turn and won even in his death he really took the spotlight of The whole story as he wanted

I absolutely loved needing a new strat for once.
Felt too OP during the Belobog boss, too OP during the Luofu finale, finally got a challenge from the Swarm and Argenti (that guy had me raging), never struggled in Penacony until now.
And honestly? I absolutely love this! Never felt so satisfied taking on such a puzzle. Definitely had to learn to actually use sustain chara and SP management.
I definitely wanna tackle the second and above MOC, I just **dread** actually building characters for it, ha...

To everyone struggling: this is your daily reminder that March is amazing and also free. AoE ult keeps her in the clear during the gamble game, shields are thicc and help with taking a ton of bricks to the face and surviving, and she can cleanse, AND Aventurine is allergic to ice. (And then her eidolons make her a free 5* imo.)

Honestly, that would have been the one optimization I could have made to make the fight even easier (pre-nerf). My team was Gepard, Black Swan, Kafka, and Luocha, so I had no idea that people found the fight difficult until after people were complaining in the comment sections. 😅

So basically 2.1 is still not the climax of the Penacony arc, and all of this just revealing some of the new facts and some lore about the planet and people. I gotta compliment them for going through the different POV path through the main story (Sadly no character story)because it let us know more about the character depth and what more is the visual art. Because they drew a lot of cg for the story so it is quite entertaining to watch the story with those illustration😆
I always had a feeling that Aventurine was going to be a boss in this patch, judging by his demeanor.
