    Pls I have a major concern what can cause overpressure in an LPG sphere that it can go to the extent of rupturing the tank? Also what is the effect of introducing a propane gas to a butane rated sphere what are the effect on the tank?

      If the stress on the plate material is less than the materials yield point, within a certain safety factor. You can find the yield point of materials on wiki.
