Our day in Krka National Park ( II )

The Croatian sun decided to take a bit of a break today, trading its usual brilliance for a veil of soft clouds. We saw this as the perfect opportunity to explore the natural wonders of Krka National Park! After indulging in some flaky croissants by the beach, we hopped in the car for a scenic ~40 min. drive from Primosten to Krka National Park.
Upon arrival at Lozovac, we grabbed our park entrance tickets. Here's a heads up for future explorers: private cars aren't allowed within the park itself. But fret not! Special buses are readily available to whisk you down to the exploration route, and there is free parking available. Alternatively, you can stretch your legs and enjoy a walk down.
Stepping into the park was like stepping into another world. We were instantly captivated by the sheer biodiversity surrounding us. From vibrant fish darting through crystal-clear waters to colorful birds singing in the trees, and a symphony of buzzing insects, nature's orchestra played all around us. But the true stars of the show were the awe-inspiring waterfalls. Their cascading beauty left us speechless.
