Hey, very glad to see you back. Work and family can take a lot of free time, such as life, so don't feel pressured to post videos, as it can be very stressful to be at several places at one time. Enjoy our hobby, post videos when you can, we will be here, eagerly waiting for the new tips and tricks from your workbench🍺!
Don't worry about the content.I always enjoy any content you add and I can understand the pressures of work so add it when you can. I just took about a week and a half to clean up and organize my bench and now I need to clean it again! Thanks for the update.
Great to see you back . I've been addicted to this hobby since I was 10 years old and over 40 years later I'm even more addicted as my skills have improved , in part watching your videos . It was as a result of watching your video with Hornet resin heads that I would and continue to do so replace the plastic moulded heads from Dragon , Trumpeter , Zvezda , Tamiya kits with resin ones . Fortunately my kids have grown and flown from the nest and I transformed one of their rooms into my very own Man Cave. Looking forward to your next videos .
Always wondered why my bench seemed like it was in a state of chaos, but thanks to your video I feel like my techniques may be a bit more normal than I gave them credit, it is just the way I work. Look forward to more good stuff.
Good to see you back. As a career vehicle painter I'd be interested to see your take on that. I noticed the PPS 2 adapters on your guns, and the LPH80 is an absolute peach of a gun. I've used mine in the model workshop but your average airbrush compressor won't run it, so might limit many from using it.
Ah good contact to have! Yes, it's been a long-term project in the making, lots of research and talking to automotive sprayers and a lot of saving up first. The quote to get it done was so high, I thought I may as well buy the gear instead and learn a new skill. Worst case, I just get it all stripped and redone by a pro. But it all seems to make sense so far. Like model cars but way bigger! I went for Iwata, as it's a brand I know and trust, I love the 3M PPS 2 system, it's so mess-free. I seriously upgraded my air to 150L 3HP, - I would of course love more and ideally 3 phase, but that will come. One day, one day! I also built a sound-proof box for my big compressor! Lots of fun.
Good to see you back, & the update information. Nice job on the king Tiger. Yes, model clubs, & shows are important. Plus yes, family, job,& life has its challenges. Looking forward to more interesting content, & seeing that car restoration. From 🇺🇸 USA. Thank you.
I'm very glad you're back. Your's was the first scale model channel I found several years ago after a rough patch in my life. Watching your videos gave me the motivation I needed to get back into scale modeling as a therapeutic hobby.
Glad to see you back has others have said, and it is great to see a face that normally goes with the voice. I am trying to get back to my club meetings as I have had a eighteen months break, keep safe and well.
First of all very nice to see you again! Then... those fluffy things 😅.. here in Portugal we dont have Model clubs and over there you have it and yes it helps a lot! Above all is very very nice to see you again!! PS:- my classic and restored car is a Mercedes C220 K fom 95🇵🇹
Having just discovered your channel, I am really enjoying it and your excellent work. I sympathise with heat as I am a Sth Aussie and it gets bloody hot. Cheers 👍👍
Totally understand where you're coming from. I really liked painting figures, found it relaxing, and enjoyable until I made what I now consider a major mistake and that was to take a paid commission to paint 20 odd American civil war figures within a certain amount of time. I had turned my hobby into a job with a time limit for completion and with a repetitive process to produce figures that all matched in colour, tone and quality. To be honest, I found the entire thing stressful and not in any way enjoyable. It basically burned me out and killed my interest in painting any further figures for a long time. When a hobby that you enjoy and do for leisure turns into a job with commitments, it becomes the antithesis of everything that you do the hobby for and a horse of a totally different colour.
I've been watching you since I still in primary school and now im in my second year of college. Happy to see you still here creating content, I've been away from model kit also for quite a while and I'm looking forward to came back into it surely missed it.
Love your content and your very relaxed and knowledgeable manner. You and Greg's Models are my two favourite channels. Looking forward to more content. 👍
Glad your back. I have really enjoyed the vids and look forward to more. I do like the tutorials. I followed your advice re Lifecolor airbrushing and got great results on my Italeri AB40 and Tamiya M13/40. Tensacrom tips were excellent too. Never seems to be enough time for the more relaxing things in life! Cheers. 🦘🦘🦘
I think if you can do the fantastically fiddle bits of a very miniature scale models the larger the scale the easier it would be to do the painting of say a 1:1 scale
Outstanding! So glad to see you back, I learn something new every time you post, and your reviews are some of the best on YT. Dipping in and out of the hobby is what makes it so therapeutic , it’s not ‘real” life, it’s something we have to take us away from the trials and tribulations of the modern world and it’s good for our mental health. Feel free to come and go as you want, I will still follow you because when you do post it’s worth the wait….
Good to see you're still kicking! I will keep an eye out for your car channel too, as a fellow petrol head im always keen for good qualuty car content! Will it be more driving focused or more of a restoration/tinkering focus? I have a 1970 Morris Minor Traveller myself but I imagine that a 1990s 3 series beamer is a very different kettle of fish!
It will be more restoration of project cars and upkeep of different vehicles with a bit of driving/reviews of other cars from the nineties and noughties thrown in.
Hey from Estonia! Well, good to see to make the Hobby and same time of Family time and other things. Yup, it is hard to be grown up man now a days, but we make our best. Seen you little problemmaker, it is normal thing, when you try make hobby and be familyman too. Just some week a go was insident on my workbench, where find use my almost ready BSG model and super glue. And silver colour. And my 5 yo daughter. And who let all things to open field, to make all this happen?! But by the end, it is just a model, and I have always power to make things great again! Well, moment like this I will give for my self a promise-make more model like projects together with my daughters. That will be time spending with their, and hobby-mojo rising thing and expansing of modelling same time. Well, now I wish you all best and be happy with all you do!
So long as YOU are happy we’ll be more than happy. I’ve been following your channel now for a fare few years and I’m always pleased to see a new video of yours. I also love to watch your older “how to” video’s as my memory is absolutely rubbish 🤪😝😔 so remembering all the different processes and techniques is difficult for me. I’m extremely interested in the upcoming Zimmerit video as I have quite a few Tiger 1, Panther, PnzrIII’s and IV’s to do and am experimenting with lots of different materials I’ve not used the epoxy sculpt though so that’ll be interesting. My favourite is wood filler at the moment. It is messed but when dry is easy to chip for battle damage etc, and I can get it thin enough that it looks quite good… for me anyway 🤪😂😂😂 I also have the Liang Zimmerit tools there’s actually two different sets one comes with the handle and the other has just the rollers and dies with all the different types of Zimmerit patterns. I find them easy to keep clean too. Anyway enjoy yourself and have fun with modelling AND your BMW’s. I’ve an old E39 M5 last of the normally aspirated engines she’s an absolute beauty and has the BMW racing set on. I bought her with it already on but it does look pretty good and because it left BMW’s shop with it all fitted and colour matched it really does add a bit more appeal to her. She has been mapped so the 155mph block thingy has been removed but I’ve never taken her much above that and only on a race track… goodwood… great fun but my goodness she chews through tyres quickly and rears are £350 each 😳🙄😝 so I only go twice a year 😢😢😢 Take care and can’t wait for the upcoming videos you have planned for us. Thanks again for all your hard work and valuable time. All the very best to you and your family, Kenny.
Thanks a lot, an E39 M5, you lucky thing! One of my favourite all time platforms and the M5 model is a dream car. Highly likely an e39 will feature on the new channel fairly soon, though budget won’t stretch to an M5!
New to SWM but old RUclipsr. I had a very active channel with Amateur Radio topics but I really found producing content taxing. When I started to get more and more trolls and nastiness I decided I wasn't contributing anything to the hobby and was struggling to find things to talk about. So that ended that effectively. Glad to see you're producing content but if it ever gets to be a real chore then it's not worth it.
Welcome, yep got to take the long-term view and treat as a hobby, as I do for now, until the day life gets less busy! Survived 12 years so far taking that approach!
Nice to see you back, even if just for an update. Much prefer your content and delivery. Far too much content on YT that seems to be generated just for the sake of pistingsomething/ anything. Please don't go down that particular route. Quality over quantity works for me.
Just found your channel. I will be subscribing as it seems it will be very interesting to see your work. My channel is also centered around scale modeling and cars. I’m primarily an auto and sci-fi builder but I’ve been thinking of expanding into armor.
Great to see an update. I would also watch your car restoration channel for sure 😁

Welcome back But i dont think the constant switching of camera's works its annoying tbh ! Looking forward to future videos
Quick constructive feedback... The rapid camera changes are making me dizzy / nauseous. Glad to see an update!
Yep, trying to attract the MTV generation! 😂

It's fantastic that you are back to producing Scale War Machines videos. Thank you I have always loved them!
Great to see you back! You were one of the first RUclipsrs I watched getting back into the hobby. Love your style of delivery.
Thanks, that means a lot to me.

He is risen! He is back at it again! 😀
Oh, and that metal thing nearly landing on the model gave me a good old scare for sure!
Good to see you back. I’m happy to watch your videos as and when you produce them.
Thanks for the update I have been wondering where you got to! ✌Canada✌

You changed glues, and accidentally got your hand stuck to the bench for a fortnight?
hey why dont you start a channel on restoring your bmw?!
It's coming, launching in November!
Interesting but please stop randomly cutting from camera to camera lol
It’s an affliction, I just can’t help myself.
Well… looks like your children want to get into a hobbie Hahaha

Thank you. If I feel I don’t have something helpful or informative, I don’t post. Simple as.
So many others could learn😊
Just found your channel. I will be subscribing as it seems it will be very interesting to see your work. My channel is also centered around scale modeling and cars. I’m primarily an auto and sci-fi builder but I’ve been thinking of expanding into armor.
Do it!
What's the first rule of Model Club? Don't talk about Model Club! You have comprehensively violated this rule!
