I Can’t Get Ecoflow Alternator To Work With My Wave 2 Battery?

I bought the EcoFlow Wave 2 with additional battery and it came with the alternator as an added bonus.  for some reason I can’t get the alternator to connect properly to the Wave 2 battery. If anybody in the EcoFlow community could help me out it would be greatly appreciated and I’m sure there’s others looking for answers before purchasing this system! we’re about to go on a camping trip and I’m worried about power generation and keeping the wave to powered for a five day weekend. I might buy a generator super cheap, but I’d rather use the EcoFlow alternator to get me by for the weekend. Will be off grid for three days and then finishing off the last two days with shore power… thanks in advance and to anybody who is doing research on these products so far the Wave 2 has been stellar! we used the AC unit at the race track and camping in many occasions this spring/summer! It really helps bring the temps down in the evening when we’re trying to get cozy in the truck camper! Thanks to Dustin Porter from Destin’s Adventure for recommending this product!

Ecoflow has not released the software to do this just yet. It only charges some units not all at the moment.
