Alex’s Taekwondo black belt is gonna come in handy in situations like this! Flight attendants are constantly being attacked by ex cons on board!

Alex. I am a us based flight attendant for 36 years and I don’t find it at all unusual for a pilot to step out of the cockpit to address the customers when the plane ie on the ground. Some pilots feel this adds a personal touch to present this announcement from a visible human being instead of just a disconnected voice. (IF the plane is still on the ground)
Especially in difficult lengthy delay situations, some believe that the information is received in a much more reputable manner if the speaker can be seen instead of an unseen voice. And let’s face it, pilots can be drivers of good customer service too. So as long as this was done on the ground, I see nothing wrong with how he addressed his customers, but in any case certainly not deserving of what he received in turn.
I don’t know what the policy is in India or at your airline, but I’ve definitely seen it many times at my company.

People are crazy... send them to jail for years and also publicly shame and ban them from any and all of the airlines! But oh well, that's what you get in Indian low-cost airlines. Wtf is wrong with people... but maybe the captain made that announcement because he had to talk to technicians or ground staff and exited the flight deck due to the delay and that he had to talk to some people idk.

Thats rubbish by the airline. This flight 13hrs delayed and with no food .the rules are canceled the flight after 3hrs delay they are taking passengers in captivity for 4x time . He didn't hit him he just slaped that basted . For not allowing them to deboard. After slapping him he told him to let him down. You can't allow the passengers that many hours in captivity with no food at all. They were hungry. Tit for tat. Why he not allowed to passengers to deboard. That against their will. Keep telling lies after 10 mins after 20mins.

Greetings Alex, can you please answer my question 🙏🏻
Wil there be an open day in Beirut on 11/02 because I saw it on the website or was this from 2023😢 because I live in Syria and it's extremely difficult for us to travel to another country. I have been preparing myself for this open day for at least a month now

Anything can happen in 2024 and coming days...went to the threshold and the crew could have been more professional and strict on his face rather than crying and panicking...it created more drama...

Which is better of being c. crew? Before or after the marriage?

For my understanding the pilot should not talk in public he should make PA or cabin crew who should call by PA

The aviation industry is affected by many situation that may cause lengthy delays. Mechanical malfunctions, weather etc. Nobody is happy about these things. But it is simply never, ever acceptable in a civilized society to assault an employee because you are unhappy with the service. NEVER. This is a crime and should be prosecuted as such. Even if he just ‘slapped’ him. Simply not acceptable. Assault never is.

Why not letting him down after multiple requests and who given you right hold you in flight for that much amount of time when the rules not allowing you to hold you that long . If misuse your power being a captain you want to do what you want you are above the law . Then you deserve more than a slap . Who given you right to go against the rules .@@jarrettwright3703
