I can see her muscles through her shirt. I'll listen to her no questions asked.
That's not the only thing you can see through her shirt..sorry had to say it
This is not you can achieve without steroids.
And no, steroids are not only for being huge. Look at her chin, for example: it is getting some male aspects due to the testosterone.
Don't copy people, study and develop your training based on how your body reacts to it.
You can have some insights from people training, but never copy.
Interesting content. I like these alternatives to basic crunches/situps
@@pavinivfx This is a very dumb rule to go by. You have teens that looks like this and those that have this kind of jaw/chin naturally. Yes, you learn from others but not everyone is using gear.
@@pavinivfxshes spoken about this before she’s never done steroids. She has gotten filler which is what you might be seeing. She was literally a D1 athlete and has been a coach for 12 years.
Kelly, your PT content is some of the best on RUclips. High value, to the point, actionable, no BS. Thank you. You and your team deserve the spotlight.
Best thing I ever did was training abs between sets. Even 10 reps between sets adds up to a big total. Targeting lower abs and obliques more gave me better total results. I'm in my 40s, not huge but cut like a sandwich. I drink beer, eat pizza but just have always trained hard since I was a teenager.
That last bit about if your tummy going into a cone shape was so helpful xx
Yes! Definitely
The way you explained this made a ton of sense!
Right on time! Thanks Kelly!
Thank you Kelly! I've just found your channel and I love your simple, yet in depth demonstration. I've always struggled with abs, but I work with the cable machine to perform the exercises and I'm finally enjoying it
Kelly, Thanks for giving detailed explanations with your exercises as it helps to appreciate the real benefits.
I love this! Great work, thank you. 😊
Straight Gems! love it here!❤
Thank you Kelly for making these videos. I'm learning a lot with you. I appreciate how you take time to explain everything in detail, it's so helpful to understand what certain exercises do and all the science behind. Thanks again!
Awesome video! Thanks so much, you nailed a couple things I was doing wrong/didn’t know. Absolutely enjoyed the way you explained things.
thanks kelly. i like this training
Yea, I'm going to work this in in between my bench rotations. Glad I found your content. Subscribed
You look so good and strong Kelly!

You are wonder woman kelly 🙌🏼
Thanks for this Routine.. I love it
What an awesome instruction.
Thank you Kelly for explaining the "cone" I get sometimes when working my abs. I was wondering why that was happening.
Thnx Kelly I have chosen to do the Roman twist leg raises thingy exercises
great conent, awesome channel and really great dialogue, thank you for sharing that with us. Subbed and liked - have a good one!
Great abs workout video Kelly. I'm a brand new subscriber in 🇬🇧
Thanks for sharing! Going to subscribe
I've just tried the long plank and it seems a better ab exercise than I have been doing. So I will incorporate that one in to my program. I don't use a gym, I train at home.
Very very good presentation.
You look gorgeous!
Keep shining!
Thank you so much Mis Kelly?
She's amazing thanks
💯 facts
I love it
Keep it up
Noice, more core content is appreciated 😮
Thanks.
Your physique is truly remarkable, with an incredible symmetry and a truly inspiring posterior. My deepest congratulations, and I must say it serves as a great inspiration for my own fitness journey
That last tip was gold for me! My transverse addominis isnt tight!!
Did not know about the cone shape of the belly as a bad sign. Good advice.
Amazing physique on you. You know your stuff
I can recommend twisting very aggressively. On the knees, seated, holding a stick.
That was awesome. Thank you.
Thank you for this helpful video! How would you program these exercises throughout the week? One workout or more spread out across several? Sets/reps?
I prefer across the week but if you do a body part split you could do them all in an ab day!
Bricked up
🔥🔥🔥
Hi Kelly - Does doing lateral side bends widen the waistline ? I’ve always heard that exercise is not ideal for sculpting obliques. Doing a hip rotation / twist is better..
Your expertise is greatly appreciated. Thank you
If you don’t overdue the weighted sidebend it will strengthen your side waist/obliques…the twisting can be problematic if you’re particular structure(s) aren’t favorable for them.
Give them both a try and see how they feel.
4:33 welcome to the bakery
hello. do you still recommend all these exercises for those recovering from herniated disc? i am a bit hesitant on exercise that involve spinal flexion, since most PT will say to avoid flexing actions.
You are soooo fit👏👏
ALL TRUTH!!!
so for these types of exercises, should you do like 3 sets each and however many reps? or are they trained different than other muscles
I’ve got back pain problems.. do you think if It’s ok if I do these? Actually I’m tired of my belly fat .. suggestions would be appreciated
Ok, she looks like a super hero.
Do u have mood swing s often after getting shredded, some of my shredded friends says so. and messedup menstrual cycle too.
I was told the bump in my belly was a diastasis recti, a thinning of the connective tissue between the abs on the right and left? Was that wrong? How do I train it?
Click, click, BOOM! 7:14
That’s all I was here for. Thank you.
Dear lord
LAWDDD HAVE MERCY
Nurse! Quickly, my pills!!!!
Hi Kelly, how does one train abs without spinal flexion? I have facet arthritis and my surgeon says I shouldn't do any exercises that focus on flexion...:/ any advice would be amazing, thanks x
Do Hollow Hold
Can you do one about diastasis recti?
She forgot the farmer carry. Amazing core exercise.
Salut j'ai bien aime cette video ,je m'abonne 👍👍
Great core workout, you should try some of my workouts for 6 pack! :)
I would argue training abs is more important than nutrition. I bulked and my abs became more visible at a higher bodyfat.
Agreed i would even add that straight up core work is better than like training for abs or those ab routines you see
@@austinburwell5834 Abs routines ≠ training abs. Training abs are exercises like leg raises, decline situps, GHD situps etc.
Not even close, diet and nutrition and the most important thing, yes core is important, but so is, lower body as well as upper.. Everything goes hand to hand
@@terrenceodonnell6347 I obviously mean for ab development. Not for the entire body...
Core movements is non existent without the correct form
Which abdominal workouts do you recommend for beginners? Do have videos for them ?🌈🙏🏻🤙🏽
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💛
Im always looking for ab excersices to try. Because any excerise other than cable machine rotations KILLS my lower back.
Im 71 and in good shape but have a 71 year old back too. Would love to have you as a personal l trainer! Bill
I love only the hanging leg raisez
She a Beast!!
Is there an ideal set/rep range for this?
❤❤
I’ll be tryin these instead; I’m so over the usual crunch’s and planks
can you please make a video on plyometrics
I had a crush on her when she had low/buzz cut
Im in love w her w the long hair. ❤️
Mad cakes, bruh! She's seriously CAKED UP!!! Sorry, I just had to... lol
Thank You Miss.
Is it better to workout slow or fast?
Could you please explain.
What do you think is the best creatine or protein sports supplement to use?
None, I got kidney stones from overdoing the protein shakes. Eggs, chicken, fish, pulses, nuts are way better for you. Xantham gum in shakes is the glue of the food world and very hard for the body tonprocess
La proteína es el mejor suplemento para recuperar el músculo y hacerlo crecer
La creatina sirve para darte fuerza y un buen rendimiento durante el ejercicio, sobre todo levantamiento de pesas
👍
I would love to see her cosplay Wonder Woman with a physique like that😊
👌👍💪
God bless general musa🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🇺🇸🇬🇭🥁🛢️🪘
She's really pretty
damn you look incredible!
I will ABS-olutely follow this
Yeah! Not yet needed to be abs strong dont run and smoothly revenge with an best mood.
Christ ❤
Studies show maximal core engagement for hypertrophy occurs during the climax so if you have a partner that enjoys Cunnilingus I recommend the tried and true sixty-nine position allowing both you and your partner to maximize muscle building and build a stronger bond for a healthy relationship!
Your welcome gym bros and Brodets 🙏
Gorgeous Girl 😮😮😮
Kelly, you have a great body. I'm gonna be your fan
🔥💪🏽💪🔥🌿🏆🏅👍🏽🌹👍
Are that glutes natural??
Nice work!
But I disagree about the plank needing to be straight. The load on the abs remains the same whether there is an arch or sway.
My ab is made in McDonald’s.
😂😂
This is why you can’t get a bench on Monday morning
Trained my core this morning.
Then flushed.
Kelly got a dump,truck
She's a beauty and beast! 🥵🥰
BTW, Kelly, as a professional bodybuilder, i must inform you that your core is not a muscle. your core is a balance and an inner energy or essence. Perhaps yo should know that!
Just FYI: Your core muscles are the muscles in your midsection that attach to your spine or pelvis and stabilize your spine. They include muscles in your abdomen, lower back, and pelvis, and are also known as your trunk.
@@sammiwright4169 That is what has been taught for years. The word itself, form its origen had nothing to do with the body but a martial arts term referring to balance and enengy, like chi. But But since you only know the product and not the process, trying to get you to see it is like trying to nail jello to a tree. Take Care. PS, try looking at some the the black girls butts here and then you will see what butt qualifies you to have one to teach. When God created black girls, He wanted us to know what a woman and a butt is suppose to look like. Peace!!
AND WHAT ABOUT OUR SPINE??????????
.Love Kelly ❤ shes soo 🔥 HOT
Why does her head bobble around so much?
When do you see bobbling?
“All things anavar”
You’d like to think that wouldn’t ya lil guy
