it is very beautiful what is shown in this video, every place or country must have its own characteristics that make the place unique and desirable to visit, just like India which has its share of interesting places to visit.
When I was once in Mumbai years ago, near Churchgate Station, there was a Chinese restaurant called KamLing. I was having lunch there with my parents. The next booth to us was where Sashi Kapoor, the Bollywood actor, was sitting. I know he has unfortunately since been deceased, but this was a unique chance I had to meet a famous Bollywood actor.
Regarding street food in India, I tend to not eat it due to hygiene. I had a bad experience a number of years ago in India, where I got the runs after eating something.
Regarding His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Jetsun Jamphel Ngawang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso, he is the leader of Tibetan Buddhism...not all of Buddhism. He is of the Gelug school of Buddhism, one of the many schools of thought centered around Buddhism. Buddhism has a number of 'sects' and a number of 'schools of thought'. When I was 12 years old, I wrote to the 14th Dalai Lama at his current base in Dharamsala (India). Surprisingly, I got a personalized letter back. He invited me to come to Dharamsala and attend prayers the next time I am in India. I have yet to go to Dharamsala. If you want a universal person whom all Buddhists Revere, you want Siddhartha Gautama (or Buddha) who made his abode in a place now called Lumbini in Nepal. In case you are wondering about my curious connection, and why I know, my first name is unique..Rahul. My namesake is the eldest son of Siddhartha Gautama who was known for his leadership skills, and taking the helm of the family once Siddhartha left to become Buddha. Rahul also became a follower and student of Buddha.
I check them but it’s typically very broad statements. It’s similar to how Argentina issued a travel advisory to the United States because of mass shootings. Sure they could happen but it’s isolated and rare incidents. Many countries have dangers. That I take into consideration but most countries around the world are more peaceful than people think
@@IslandHopperTV for me, I check a number of sources. Sometimes the US Department of State is too cautious. Some locations have (or had) a bad rap. One place that I found to be the case was Colombia. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised, and we want to go back. My father, a world traveler thinks I was nuts to go to Colombia. He doesn't get it. Then again he calls me nuts to go to Mexico...and he goes to Pakistan, Nepal, etc. I hold nothing against my father. Those are potentially beautiful places. Just gotta take precautions and prepare. Same like Mexico or elsewhere. Now there some where it's just plain dumb, but that is not the case. BTW @Island Hopper TV...I have Saudi Arabia on my bucket list. They just opened to independent travel in 2018. My father calls me nuts for that place. My wife just said "Tell me more". Means she is open but wants information before making a decision.
If that the case then New York city should be dangerous city in the world .Bcz of mass shooting etc so you should keep this in mind and think out of government propaganda

Do you check out the government travel advisory page before you go to these countries or do you just wing it?
