Wu needs to go see a back specialist and get an MRI of his back and go swimming and do tai chi. Stretch more often in the morning and before bed. Also get him some more help so he's not doing most of the work most of the time. Do you drink milk?..it's good calcium for the bones too. Better bed mattress,seats/ chairs/ couches are a plus too. Keep those in mind moving forward. It's all about the comfort, especially when you have lower back issues!!!❤

Wu, trying earthing for ur back until U get to Dr. It involves barefoot on the earth (grass, sand or soil 30-60 minutes every day. The documentary can be googled called Earthing. Many have had healing results. Including me. Many Blessings.

Mr. Wu shows his love for Rose and Anzai all the time. He’s a hardworking man who’s always considerate, thoughtful, and will do anything for his family and community. I’m not sure why his name isn’t in the title of this channel. Will this new baby not be included either? I know they were her pregnancy photos, but it would’ve been nice to see him included in one photo since it’s his baby too. But, they were her photos, her bedroom where she sleeps, etc. The only “our” is their son. Mr. Wu is always doing heavy lifting, cooking, working in the fields, and working tirelessly on building their new home. I’m concerned he’s working too much. He’s losing weight, he’s visibly tired, stressed, and he’s having severe back issues. Mr. Wu, please go to the hospital. He mentions he’s older, but keeps going. Does anyone know his age? I’m hoping his back issues won’t affect his ability to use the stairs in the future. But, knowing him, as long as Rose and the kids enjoy it, that’s all he wants. He’s a good man.
