This is less than a mile from my home - have donated so much here! This is a very densely populated area and many higher income families. That’s why it’s priced higher.

Yeah, the pricing at DAV thrift store is crazy high. I would suggest sticking with CHKD Thrift stores and Goodwill. The prices are much more reasonable. Salvation Army in Virginia Beach has pretty good prices as well.
Next week's video will be at the CHKD in Chesapeake and that one was probably my favorite thrift of the whole trip! 😁
