My brand new (first) product just launched and wasn't ranked at all. Suddenly it was on position two, page one for a particular keyword and I couldn't figure out why. After watching this video I now realize it is because I have a popular keyword phrase that isn't directly related to my product in my title. So glad I watched this so I could figure out what happened and make that mistake again! Haha! Thanks, Bradley!
Hey can you explain a keyword phrase is? I didn’t really understand
Had a failed launch because I didn’t fully understand this method....... can I try again?
Hi Bradley, Newbie seller here. I just joined Onramp Group, I`m studying Freedom Ticked, Helium 10 Academy and trying to learn as much as I can. Seems that finally I found something that I`m passionate about and can be a life change for me. I`m really enjoying all this learning process, I wish I had found this opportunity before.
This video is amazing !!! Awesome info! Tks for sharing with us.
Also nice to see how You passionately talks about AMZ. You Rock!!!
It must be hot! Brad is not wearing his baseball cap !
Thank you Bradley! The timing of this video is very timely. I just launched a product on Saturday. I will be making some additional changes to the title.
Wish you the best on your launch!
@@CrazySockTV Thanks! The launch has gone really well. I'm selling 2x to 3x more than I had expected and will likely run out of inventory tomorrow (Amazon's new product restrictions are a killer). I'm also now on page one for several of my "key" key words already. :-) Lastly, I wanted to add that Project X played a role in the process that was used to find this product. Thank you again for your dedication and insight to the Amazon space. You're driving real impact by helping sellers like myself be successful.
@@kennethsandberg8247 Keep on crushin' it, Kenneth! Amazing job.
Holy cow! You were actually in the Maldives! I listened to the podcast and I was thinking it was a joke! Haha, wow, man! Awesome!
Amazing! It's always so helpful to understand the launch strategy from a new reference point
Thank you Bradley! This was gold! I’m a new seller in a competitive niche. I’m definitely gonna implement these.. I look forward to what’s gonna happen🤞🏼I’ll keep you posted on my results. I’m blown away! thank you for all your hard work, it really motivates me.
Thank you and let me know how it goes!
you probably dont give a damn but does any of you know a method to log back into an instagram account..?
I was stupid forgot the login password. I would love any assistance you can offer me.
Thanks Bradley for the always useful info. I noticed that there were a couple of episodes of this honeymoon in Maldives launching here on RUclips but I can’t find them anymore didn’t have a chance to watch them when I saw them a few days ago). Can I still find them and watch/Listen. Also searched on your podcast but can’t find it. Thanks again.
Great content. I think this video can really help anyone at any stage of selling
It sounds like the strategy is 1) not creating your listing until the absolute last minute 2) finding phrase match keywords that are highly relevant to your product AND little to no other sellers are also using those phrases in their title. Overall, I think he is finding highly relevant but very low competition keywords.
I suspect Bradley's keyword search volume levels were just a by-product of trying to find keywords that fit part #2.
For example, 'Collagen Peptides' would not work because as he said, most other sellers are using that in their title. But maybe something like 'peps from cows' would work because no other seller has that phrase in their title and maybe people are using that phrase 1500 times per month.
Bradley & others...is this correct?
Youre on the right path yes!
He also recommends using 3 word key word phrases
Not only isolated keywords
And using v popular keywords that may not relate to his product directly
However are in same category
Eg for his hemp cream he used CBC
Both are pain relief category
Lateral thinking
Double smart
Well Bradley, I have to say you have totally excelled yourself..... flew all the way to the Maldives for one day.. just for us Amazon neebies...wow and yes you have absolutely nailed it. Thank you Thank you Thank you.. Your a total star.
Thank you Dorothy!
Can’t wait. At my office we are getting ready to sign up we just got few questions. Hope the vid help us
Hope you liked it!
Please help!! ❓ what exactly is meant by "we gave away" ? is that = we sold (organic unaffected natural sells) or does "we gave away", mean i did ask my friend making an order with using "search, find buy), so the algorithm is paying attention to my listing?
I think this video saved my amazon seller career
Thanks a million. Thing thing will solve my problem now, I am expecting
Thank you!
Hi, you might want to add the tag #200 on your title so people who search for it manually could find it more easily.
Thank you for sharing! So in addition to "yellow sunflower" I can say "summer garden essential" and rank higher.
I LOVE this! Bradley, I've created my listing in advance of receiving my stock from my supplier to test for restrictions on my listing. My stock is probably 6-8 weeks away from landing in Amazon. Would the Maldives Honeymoon work if I deleted or closed my existing listing and opened a new one when my stock arrives? TIA guys.
I think you would have to generate a new Fnsku then so only if you don’t have it printed on the unit box.
@@TresPerros OK, so basically create a new listing with a new EAN?
This is awesome! I will touch on this in a future video for my followers!
Thank you Bradley
Thank you, great video. How do you perform SFB? Do you use many chat?
Really great point , but I wanna ask how do we do search find buy to control the give away quantity ?
Hi Bradley , would you be available for a consultation on the launch of a one of a kind pain product ?
I hope you went on a tour to see all the beautiful animals in Maldives before you came home
Another Kick Ass Content! Thanks Bro!
great information im just looking to start my business
Thanks so much - great video. Are you doing PPC at the same time as the SFB?
Great strategy Bradley
After launching with FBM, did you convert that offer to FBA or create a new FBA offer for the same ASIN to retain ranking?
Did you ever get an answer? I found a link to this if your interested but was wondering the same thing.
@@TresPerros Can you share the link? I'd very much like to read it!
Great content!!
Thanks Bradley, this is super useful info. May I ask who you recommend for SFB campaigns?
thanks Bradley, as always great value dropped!
Check out that water bungalow Bradley - absolutely worth it! Nice nuggets being dropped here - defo saw the "Maldives Honeymoon" on my recent product launches!
Ok will do
Hope youre trip to the Maldives was fun too!
Amazing video, and like the Honey Moon ......How can I check may ranking position after launch...
Awesome info! Thanks for sharing.
As always, great knowledge and Tips by Bradley, always fun to watch your videos... can u tell if this crazy tips working for mature product that didn't have such a "great" product launch phase? or its only tested and working for new product launch in honeymoon period?
Hi guys
I don't know about you but I am interested to know this:
One success factor is that the inventory is sent first to the own private warehouse / to the own private address without barcode and the FNSKU code is applied manually.
You should temporary switch from FBA to FBM or set up both. The idea: The first sales should happen through FBM so you have an even faster sales speed in the first 24 hours.
My question:
After how many sales do you switch back from FBM to FBA? Couldn't you also send the inventory directly to Amazon and use various strategies to create immediate sales?
hey @catchMeifYouCan your partially correct, you have little misconception. In this strategy Bradley don't specifically tell you to create first FBM and than FBA. Bradley tells us to create FBM first because in this strategy you have to start selling product as soon as you create listing. If you create listing and send inventory to FBA warehouse than it takes more than 2 weeks to you to start selling, so instead of waiting 2 weeks you should start selling immediately through FBM and simultaneously work towards FBA. So no specific number of sale or time u have to wait to switch from FBM to FBA. As soon as inventory reaches FBA warehouse, you should start selling through FBA. hope I added my two cent.
How do you figure out that you have to rank for "gothic decor" kind of words when you sell a "coffin shelf" ? What makes you decide that so-far-off keyword?
Gothic decor was actually how we first found the product in our product research stage that we showed in episode 2 of Project X
Can you elaborate on how you go about starting the honeymoon period over for a mature listing that needs a reboot by stripping the listing to the bare bones and adding everything back in again later? I have a product that just hit the 2 year mark at the beginning of this year and over the last few months, has decreased a lot in views. My conversion rate has stayed consistent (averaging a 27%) but the page views have dropped substantially due to keyword ranking decreases. I'm trying aggressive ppc now (getting lots of impressions and clicks) but it's really cannibalizing my margins and not sustainable. The price is around $15-20 and the ppc cpc's are pretty high. I am wondering what the best plan of action is for this listing because I have a lot of inventory and over 600 reviews at this point. Something that also plays a big part in the overall picture is that the product is described by using "forbidden" keywords. For example, "CBD Oil" instead of "Hemp Oil". I've been able to rank in the past for the "forbidden" keywords and ranked high for those but over the last few months have slowly slipped off of page one for all of them. I'm really wanting to save this listing. Thanks in advance!
Hey Bradley, you rock! Really interesting and useful information. Would like to ask about the BTS: do you know if there is a way non US residents with a LLC can adquire Chase Sapphire (or any US travel points card)? Guess it is quite specific but maybe you know? Or maybe you can ask to any of your non US residents on an upcoming SS Podcast. Thanks again!
Which software that you use to distribute giveaways ?
When you are initially creating the listing to create your FNSKU, is it important that your listing title and bullets are in final/near-final form, or can you just put super basic information in with the release date in the future, and then just make sure that your content is as desired prior to the actual launch date?
I am not doing the version where I open FBM at the time that I first generate the FNSKU, I'm creating the listing before I send into AMazon but it still takes ~2 weeks before it's all checked in so my intent is to create very basic listing content to generate the FNSKUs and ship into FBA< but then I'm not sure whether I need to have the listing fully optimized before creating it in the first place, or just for when I set the launch date.
I tried this method and got hit by something no one mentions anywhere. As a new seller/FBM listing, you are not given the buy box straight away. This leads to being blocked from running any PPC campaigns to drive sales to that FBM listing. No PPC = very hard to get sales. How do you get around this?
Did you work out a way? I’m afraid of this happening to me
@@boxer1639 I unfortunately had to wait it out until I got some sales and eventually the buy box. Took around 2-3 days and 10 or so sales. Sales were acquired through other sales channels and sending them over to the Amazon listing
Hey guys! Just wanted to check if you had any promo code I can use for signing up? thanks!
Hi Josh! We have 50% off month 1 with code HELIUM50.
Hey bradley great info. The cpr in my experience has always being higher for sfb than the actual numbers just like you mentioned. But i see youre mostly targetting lower keywords in the 500-1500 search volume. Is it because the products dont have that good od demand or just a strategy in the beginning? Thanks again
some i had thousands of search volume as well, depends on the product
can you recommend the SFB you were using? manychat?
Did this work for anyone?
How to build SFB campaign in the helium10?
can i use restricted keywords in my backend search terms?
Hey bro.. nice video.. i love it.. but for someone from germany, it is a little heavy english stuff.. what exactly do you mean by "we gave 8 unites in 4 days away" ? :) what kind of units are you giving away? need a little explanation.. thanks in advance..

Hello Bradley thanks for sharing .. will this method (Maldives honeymoon strategy) work after the honeymoon period 6-8 months of selling?
For the most part, no...but in there i did have a semi-maldives effect on the relaunch of a product, the egg tray that i mentioned there.
Hey, Bradley , Amazon Japan market place Helium10 application request。
I have been writing emails to Helium10 every month for the last 2 years asking them to cancel my subscription and they ignore it and keep taking direct debits out of my account every month, there's No way of contacting them directly to cancel, they're thieves, stay away
