Actually the correct button to push is the one on the left side of the dash labeled “PUSH/ODO TRIP”Verified it on my 2006 Highlander after looking at other more accurate online instructions. Clarification: This video is showing the correct steps for a 2001-2005 Highlander. Starting in 2006, the button to push was switched to the left-side button labeled “PUSH/ODO TRIP”

This is incorrect. It will slow you down. First put the key in the ignition, turn it to on. Then hold down the odometer button, turn it off, then turn it back on again and wait for the countdown
