素晴らしいです！
ほんまに男が惚れてしまう程真面目にきっちり仕事して、
仕込みから調理から疲れ知らずで凄いな。
コンロの炎がブルーで厨房周りの手入れが行きとどいているのがわかる
どれも美味しそうやなー
道を極めた、一流の職人の動きは見ていて飽きない。無駄な動きが削ぎ落とされ、洗練されているからかな。
名のある武道家や、一流ミュージシャンの演奏と相通ずるものがある、と思いました。
作り手の人は本当に真面目な方だと思います。凄く丁寧だし、ラードを使ってるのが美味しさの秘訣だと思いました。そこらへんの中華は油なので食べた後むつこくなるんですよね。ここは行ってみたいです😊

綺麗な厨房ですね、速さと、正確さが売り物の調理スタイルがとても魅力です。全てがルーチンワークのようで、ブレない味付けが確立されているようで、凄い👌👌
大将の動きもさることながら助手の方の動きがとてもいい。ホールのおかみさんとの連携も素晴らしい。やはりチェーン店に行くよりこういう店の方が何倍も魅力的ですね。

黙々と仕事をしている姿とてもステキ✨でした。前の方が仰っているように仕込みが丁寧で厨房もキレイでとても効率よくお仕事されているなーって思いました。

ベースの油がほぼまっさらなラードというのは珍しい、揚げ物を絞った品揃えだからこそ？
揚げ物・油通し・鍋慣らしで酷使した油もまた味があってええねんけど、ここのはフレッシュでええね

Всё бы хорошо,ловко работают.Но есть но,волосы не закрыты,моют продукты на полу(хорошо бы,что бы в мойке под краном).Мне показалось ,что нет вытяжек?Как то не по себе,открытый огонь.

омлет из трёх яиц с мясом на рис на первое и лагман, которого мне хватило бы на весь день, на второе... и это всё в пол-порционного мужичка..... хотя здесь они едят ложками. Повару и его команде респект и уважение!

you can takes practice and even with a home Wok all ya need to know they absorb heat REALLY fast so ya need to keep movin well depends what ya doin but for alot of things ya need to stir up few times. maybe 2-3 stir ups a minute as i said depends on what ya do and the heat most use medium or a bit above but not full blast on gas stoves
