Elbow is one the joint which is prone for stiffness. any injury or surgery in elbow can lead to stiffness. Hence a good physiotherapy regimen is very important in patients with any elbow injury. The video focuses on reasons of Stiffness in the elbow along with its treatment. The stiffness in the elbow can be due to intraarticular and extraarticular causes. The video incorporate tricks which you can use to prevent and treat stiff elbow. If you are having a problem with bending of elbow a XR must always be done .

My question is that : is applying mustard oil under the sun on the affected area beneficial? (Only applying, not massaging)
Or it can lead to a bigger problem in future?

I had communited displaced fracture of epidoncycle of humerus. Cast was 4 weeks. 2 and a half week tried pysio of home. Then 1 month normal pysio. And last 10 days vigorous pysio. Still not fully straightened. Should i get a mri done?

I had a radial head fracture 3 week ago and doctor gave me no plaster but just a sling. after 3 weeks its reaching to 30 to 130 degrees. but the wrist movement gives me much pain. I was oprate this hand and doctor are done with 3 screw
But my elbow stiff
And then I contact again with doctor he said that 3 screw in your hand so this problem is coming in your hand
Then doctor done second opration and out all 3 screw and again done plaster
But my elbow stiff still how can solve this problem plz reply me

Hello sir when I was 13 years old my elbow got broken now I'm almost 14 it's been 11 month's something but I had 2 months plaster I can't bend my elbow fully I can touch my ear and neck upper side almost 130 degree and few inches left to get straight is it normal of 9-11 months can I still bend and stretch my elbow or time over please let me doctor asap 🙏🙏
