We've hit the golden (and my first) one million hits! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for sticking around. Uploads have been sparse 'cause life and what not. But hey, one never knows. Skrr skrr
Hey, I really love your video. I've been hearing this medley every single day. And it makes me pick up my guitar and start playing it. I just would like the tabs for Bat Country and Buried Alive if possible. Or even tabs for all of them! Good work, mate!
Honestly, that's sick! Keep playing! Most of the tabs I learned are from the Tab Pro website, for which you either need a premium membership or I think there's a free trial for some time - plus.ultimate-guitar.com/tab-pro/ If you want an alternative free website with tabs in a similar fashion you can find them all here at www.songsterr.com/ Cheers :)
Vegas Wolf Pretty much, they're still a whole lot of fun to play even on an acoustic :) And when you lower the action on your acoustic guitar a bit it's pretty fine
Work for a new Acoustic Medley is in progress! Featuring as many as 44 songs from 10 different albums by Green Day, to celebrate their new upcoming album. Also thank you so much for almost 5,7K views and 250 fucking likes, you're all awesome!!
it's like half done, but I recently lost interest because a lot of things are happening in my life at the moment, plus I am mainly an electric guitar player so I focus more on that and Green Day is too easy, so it's not as enjoyable as making the A7X medley was. You can check my Soundcloud (bruh) with the same nickname as here on YT, I post some short covers of songs into metal here and there :)
when playing the acoustic talent doesn't lie. I tip my hat off to you sir. I am still learning a few of these and I play acoustic mostly so i know the difficulty.. keep up the good work
johnathan woolbright yeah it's pretty hard playing exactly the same as electric guitar on acoustic because that's exactly what acoustic is all about. Power chords.
Especially nylons, first time learning guitar as a kid back then with a nylon acoustics really torture me 😂😂😂 the gap between each string is wider compared to the usual metallic (bronze/nickel) strings.
afterlife, little peace of heaven, dear god, nightmare, buried alive, so far away, shepard of fire, this means war, are most of the songs he played...... I am absolutely addicted to a7x
My goodness 2,000 subscribers. A new milestone has been overcome. I seriously have no idea how the hell has this video blown up so much recently, but I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Keep on rocking!!!
Aaaand it's been four years. Thank you, all. Shout out's to my boy, Dave, who'd provided me with a t-shirt shortly before filming this. Big ups to all, who've enjoyed this video, 'cause I still don't.
my god!!! these songs sound so awesome on acoustic guitar!! thank you for doing it! I just loved A Little Piece of Heaven, I will try to make it acoustic inspired by you!!!
Pls tell me the name of that shitty microphone pls🤣 And seriously you recorded this with audacity?? Audacity is the worst with music😭 I keep trying to record the sound comes off too dry.
I absolutely loved this. A combination of my favorite band and favorite guitar (that being acoustic over electric). It couldn’t get any better. ❤️❤️👍🏻👌🏻
dude you are so fucking awesome.. when you were playin so far away, I remembered how hard life is and how you Can pass trought everything.. if a7x wasn't there for me, I could be in a tomb right now..
Great Job! best Acoustic Medley ever! can you cover all of the song from The Stage? it would be great to see you do that! Just take your time if you want to do it,i'll wait hehe
You could hear him struggle a bit on afterlife. Natural Born Killer on acoustic would be difficult as fuck. Don’t get me wrong great video but keep in mind playing songs with a faster tempo and when you are constantly moving around is much harder on acoustic.
Johnny Swanström I feel you bro. That's my personal favorite off of their first six albums (second only to The Stage). I don't know why but I love the diversity in those two. The acoustic outro solo on both of those songs are both a masterpiece and an eargasm. Haner is probably at least in the top 20 guitarists of the 21st century
Jerald Wolfe I'll have to disagree with that one, sure he got mad technical skills and knows how to write a solo I'M NOT SAYING HE'S NOT GOOD OR TALENTED just that when you fool around with his solos you pretty much get the idea of what 90% of his work looks like.. sweep arpeggios, chromatic scale and speed picking scales, over used concepts He's a beast, but he certainly is not in the top 20 on a musical level Trying to make a point not mad or anything :)
Zachary Lagacé-S. Yeah I see where you're coming from. I've learned quite a few of his solos. Really fast chromatics, sweep arpeggios, tons of slides, the minor third up harmony tool, oblique bends. If you don't think he's top 20 material than you likely listen to a more diverse range of stuff. Anyone I've heard play usually doesn't impress me as much as Gates does. There're plenty of greats out there, no doubt. I just find with Hammett or someone of the like his solos are mainly pentatonic runs waits whammy bar tricks. I really enjoy playing and listening to Haner's work more than anyone though. Dan Donegan, Satch, and Slash are also guys who I like. You may be thinking "but slash also uses pentatonic over and over again." You'd be right, but the way he uses it paired with his vibrato, extra notes and delicious bends, it's loads of fun. Also, thank you for being so polite :D
Bravo 👏🏻 Dear Got that was incredible. You make it look Almost Easy to play. If I weren’t So Far Away you could teach me but I live in Bat Country right next door to the Beast and the Harlot. As an old starting out guitarist I guess I’m Welcome to the Family. I’m going to finally learn how to play the guitar it’s but been a Nightmare, but I’m going to Seize the Day until I’m on The Stage playing until Im Buried Alive. Stay Safe, Stay Positive & Stay Lit 🔥

A little piece of heaven sounded heavenly

THE CLUGGER I am atm ;)
ruclips.net/video/nzBeE7fc5tQ/видео.html
Absolutely
I think acoustic covers of heavy metal sound so beautiful
It sure does :)
Metal music and classical guitar share many similarities!
Only if it's a good band. As some may have heard, if it doesn't sound good acoustic, it isn't a good song. I stole that quote
Jason Chaples just shows you the beauty and expertese in metal.
“Heavy Metal” 😂
It's frustrating, the overlooked talent on RUclips.
Thanks a lot man, that really flatters me :)
Beast and the harlot sounded AMAZING
Thanks! Stay tuned for an upcoming "Waking the Fallen" medley
Yeah
2,3K views and over a hundred likes holy shit
Big love and appreciation, love you all!

But most of the tabs there are for electric guitar which makes them hard/unplayable on a acoustic/classic guitar.
+Vegas7x hey, hello Vegas!
Vegas Wolf Pretty much, they're still a whole lot of fun to play even on an acoustic :) And when you lower the action on your acoustic guitar a bit it's pretty fine

I cant wait ❤
All That Remains acoustic medley would be the hit I think.
Is everyone just going to ignore "This Means War"
Tybear a lot of their songs on the Hail to the King album could've been included on this but I guess he wanted a bit of everything
Tybear but I completely agree. one of my favorites
This means war is basically sad but true undercover
Gilbert Paroma a lot of songs off of hail to the king are like that
yeah
My God, a 100K! That is a major milestone, truckloads of thank you to all, can't even thank you enough!
AdameK riquest a song Bat country full song...
Yo have a million views now :')
This acoustic medley shows how well versed Synyster Gates is in classical music. Avenged Sevenfold on acoustic sounds very classical.
I think he once said in an interview that he plays little to no classical
@@alexandershaer1079 mostly jazz and blues are what he plays i think, not 100% sure
No it doesn't. Song structures are different
Nightmare starts at 4:20.... OG song
Now check the description ;)
AdameK lol your awsome
Turn the other way is OG;)
dang you are really talented
Thank ya dude! Papa sends his blessings
Afterlife intro was really fucking awesome

Now the whole of the stage album😂
Definitable actually that was one of my ideas for a next potential project when it came out.
Fast forward however many months, and his cover of the stage was amazing
Especially god damn
The best 7 minutes I ever spend in my life
My goodness 2,000 subscribers. A new milestone has been overcome. I seriously have no idea how the hell has this video blown up so much recently, but I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Keep on rocking!!!
i was really lost on a little piece of heaven, but it sounded perfect, bro!

Straight awesome and beautiful. Glad I decided to watch. Thanks for making this.
never thought that distorted riffs can sound so heavenly on acoustic. good job mate!
So much nastogia when I hear these. What an amazing mix, acoustic and metal converging make a beautiful sound.
Nicely done mate!
AAAAHHHHH ITS SO GOOD. This is near god-tier my dude... You're the reason I'm starting to teach myself guitar. Keep this stuff goin!
Dude... I really liked all of them, but Blinded in Chains and Buried Alive stood out to me the most. Great work!
When you play high notes the guitar sounds like a banjo. xd
I’m sat here with my banjo, and I can tell you this with confidence, it does NOT sound like a banjo on the high notes.
returning 6 years later! amazing sound
Uow man, congratulations on this masterpiece! Great job.
Full cover of This Means War would be amazing! Keep up the great work!
Dudee, this was awesome! I'm speechless. You're so talented.
"Dear God" sounded just...ahhh, beautiful :D Keep up the good work!

Omggggg I got chills the whole time, you are so amazing
I was waiting for the Sidewinder solo😄
One of the best medleys I've seen on RUclips of A7X
Thank you bro, that's awesome! :)
That awkward moment when you realize A7x makes mariachi music hidden behind all the metal make up
I don't know how many times i have watched this but it still so fucking amazing
Liked before I watched and I am not disappointed 😍😍
Old but gold, sir I salute you! Good shit fam.
That Beast and The Harlot solo gave me goosebumps
a little peace of heaven sounded so nice... Great video!
this was beautiful.
I absolutely loved this. A combination of my favorite band and favorite guitar (that being acoustic over electric). It couldn’t get any better. ❤️❤️👍🏻👌🏻
Not gonna lie the beast and the harlot sounded nice
Crimson Day was a beautiful ending to this this whole medly was beautiful and soothing I need to learn more A7X songs

I'm a predominantly acoustic player. I appreciate tf out of this, because I know how difficult it can be to play riffs like that haha
i love drumming to the sound of this video, sounds really cool and its very well made gj
Thank you man! I'm very glad it can somehow contribute to other musicians and their playing :)
Outstanding playing and arrangement there! Solid all the way thru my man!
Thank you! Although I think Afterlife intro harmony could have had more work in it
i needed this, thank you
dude you are so fucking awesome.. when you were playin so far away, I remembered how hard life is and how you Can pass trought everything.. if a7x wasn't there for me, I could be in a tomb right now..

Surprise surprise, a "The Stage" medley is in the making ;)
Great idea, great execution, great job.
Try Natural Born Killer. Hearing that opening on acoustic would sound awesome.

@@frostfirex7467 actually I’m not half as talented as him but I learned it pretty easily on acoustic.

Just awesome man, nice acoustic sound !!
Thanks bro, yeah it doesn't sound too bad. The microphone could just be better :P

Beautiful. Keep up the good work!
3 dislikes.... I bet those who disliked it have no guitar skill
LazyTrashPanda I’m a Metallica fan, Hell a heavy metal, thrash and hard rock fan. So I fucking love A7X
Erich Crowley maybe they dislikes because the song they like the most from the group wasn’t included in this medley
were at 401,dislikes now,but you know this is 2 years old, damn
