Goblet of Fire is my least favorite of the movies but in my top two for the books. The movie left out so many of the best parts! I appreciate your love for Order of the Phoenix, it's my absolute favorite of the books and I feel like so many people dislike it.
I’ve been re reading the series for the last year, and it’s honestly been so much fun! It’s been about 5.5 years since I did a full series re read! I’m up to Order of the Phoenix, and I think it’s my third favourite in the series! Prisoner of Azkaban has always been my favourite(it’s what really hooked me to the series)
Yess Order & the Phoenix is such a under appreciated HP book!! I love learning about the ministry & all the Wizarding politics. Plus Dumbledore’s army is EVERYTHING!! I also love how involved Ginny, Luna & Neville are in the story, & seeing Harry get closer to them 😭🥰 *AHH- thinking about it all is making me emotional* & there are SO MANY iconic scenes! The Fred & George scene like you mentioned, then when they run into Professor Lockheart at St Mungo’s & when Professor Umbridge is “tricked” into the forbidden forest by Hermione & is taken by the centaurs 😂😂 Congratulations on 50K Chloe that is such an amazing accomplishment! 🥳 I am excited to see what else you archive in the future 💗💗💗

I have a love/hate relationship with ootp. On one hand, it introduces luna lovegood (my favourite character), has some of the best action and drama in the series, and the ending is phenomenal. But on the other hand, it is way too long, and I hate how it's paced sometimes with long stretches of Harry awkwardly flirting.
I just started Harry Potter for the very first time. I think it's perfect since everyone is talking about Harry Potter and reading it so I finally grabbed my earphones and my book and am almost done with the first book.
Thanks for appreciating McGonagall. When I first read the Order of the Phoenix I was so surprised how brilliant her character was. She is defienetly one of my favorite characters.
On my first ever read of Order of the Phoenix, when the book first came out, I didn’t like how Harry was portrayed. Now, the more I read it and the older I get, I appreciate it a lot more - with the PTSD he must be suffering, and those teenage hormones and angst, it couldn’t have been a nice combination. It gives it that element of realism!
I just got into Harry Potter like a month ago and I'm currently reading the 1st book because the books took a while to arrive (I bought 3) and so far its really good

omg i LOVE Animal Crossing! I finished rereading the first book, but i stopped my reread because a new book (The Girl Who Drank the Moon) came in! Once i finish that i think i might do the same challenge as you, because it looks so fun! besides, i have a hardback cover of Chamber of secrets and Order of the Phoenix, which i both got for free! Basically, the person who looked after my family's dogs well we were away left their book there and never came to retrieve it, so i got it! For Order of the Phoenix, someone (again) lost it, but this time at school, it was in lost and found all year long, but at the end of the year, no one had gotten it, so my math teacher told us if we wanted a book we could take it, so i bolted to the ledge where the book was, grabbed the Hardback version, and made off to the classroom like a bandit

I have reread the series 37 times and i am 13 🙈 i once managed to read them all + fantastic beasts and beadle the bard in 2 days with school (I started on Wednesday at 7:30am and finished on Friday at 12pm)

I’m also playing A LOT of Pokemon Shield atm, which I love! I can’t wait to get Animal Crossing. I’ll probably get it for my birthday in December, I imagine, or Christmas. Hello, and congrats for the 50k!!! 🎉 This video was superb, I continued with my current re-read of the series (PoA atm) because of this. 💕 My fave of the books is Goblet of Fire, because it's darker than the first three and because it makes such a huge step in worldbuilding. I re-read the series a while ago just before seeing The Cursed Child in London and I also underestimated how long it would take to read them! They are chonky, chonky books, it's just that they're so engrossing it's hard to tell how big they are. The first three are over 300 pages which is bonkers for a children's book. Also, I'm a Slytherin!! 🐍🐍
its just some notes that maybe we really like ex when the line have some elements like funny,cute, sad etc we'll put down the sticky notes and just write what it was. Personally, for me i would use blue when there's a funny scene but everyone have different ways.

It took my the entirety of second grade to read The Sorcerers Stone but a week to read The Order of the Phoenix
i took a month to read philosophers stone in 7th grade but 3 days for order of the phoenix....
I read order of phoenix in one day 😌
It also took me for ever to read the sorcers stone but I flew through the chamber of secrets it took 2 weeks to finish it
I flew through the first 2 books. The last book took me the longest.
It's because things got really exciting
and because we grew up with it

I wonder if it’s nostalgia that brings people the most joy for the series. I enjoyed the movies growing up but never had access to the books. Ik I’m missing a lot of details/lore but I’ve managed to learn from online discourse, memes, and the inevitable fan-fiction.

Hello, and congrats for the 50k!!! 🎉 This video was superb, I continued with my current re-read of the series (PoA atm) because of this. 💕 My fave of the books is Goblet of Fire, because it's darker than the first three and because it makes such a huge step in worldbuilding. AND it has the best ending line ever. ⚡ I'm Slytherin btw. 🐍

I re-read the series a while ago just before seeing The Cursed Child in London and I also underestimated how long it would take to read them! They are chonky, chonky books, it's just that they're so engrossing it's hard to tell how big they are. The first three are over 300 pages which is bonkers for a children's book. Also, I'm a Slytherin!! 🐍🐍

just a quick question: what do y'all write down while ur reading?
its just some notes that maybe we really like ex when the line have some elements like funny,cute, sad etc we'll put down the sticky notes and just write what it was. Personally, for me i would use blue when there's a funny scene but everyone have different ways.
