Patching a Hole in the Cargo Camper

  • No choice. I had to back out in an impossible place and jackknife the Cargo Camper, Windrose II. Now it's time to repair the hole in the diamond plate. This is how I did it and I'm pleased with the results. Takes a couple of hours. Maybe someone would find this useful.

    Nice repair job . Looks great . I liked the idea of pounding on the wood blocks over the tape .

    If something is broken, it needs to be repaired. Worst case if your repair job goes south, it still needs repaired! There's no harm in trying!

    I find myself down those types of roads frequently... Would not explore any other way...

      Boondocking has led us to places you wouldn't see in any commercial place. Even state parks. Preferred if at all possible.
