I worked in a corporate 16 years back. I was forced to leave because I was following Devi Maryada. I was most productive because I was being just natural. There were spy alloted to find out my reason of happiness despite the torture. The boss could not find any reason and wanted to fire me. I quit and ever since I have been very happy, healthy and work to my own inner best and spontaneity, not forced by so called corporate world. Thanks Guru Pashupati ji for giving such a nice lesson on Time management and Devi Maryada.

Be aware of the present. Eliminate distractions. Focus only on things that matter to you. There is no need for time management. Just some 💭

Hello, I just found your "Spiritual Journey- How to Find Yourself" video and found it immensely enlightening. Can people who are not attending the 64 day challenge do Pran Mudra Kriya?
If I understood right, that would just be breathing deeply, visualizing as if you are breathing into and out of your muladhara chakra while holding the hand mudra you show on screen (pointer and little finger up, two center fingers down, thumb on two center fingers) and for how long? Thank you.

For someone like me whos not a hindu is it necessary to have the same belief system to learn yoga ?
Not really. But yoga means inclusiveness. Making everything around you as yours and then as yourself. Which violates some abrahamic religion where there is a concept of believers and non believers (exclusivity). So if you are inclusive in your existence or at least try to be inclusive, it doesnt matter what you believe, you are ready for Yoga.
You might start with exclusivity but as you keep doing yoga, naturally you will be more inclusive.
Yoga is fundamentally existential, it is a science of working with the pranamaya kosha. All humans have a pranamaya kosha (roughly "energy body") and practices designed empower you to develop it and also sometimes to use your energy to do various things, though this is secondarily important. I would say any belief system is okay enough insofar as you are willing to accept and then do whatever practices you are to, most important is developing muladhara.
