To all who are complaining of making idli unhealthy :
Yes idli is a very healthy bfast, but whenever we have extra idlis remaining after bfast, we toss them later in the evening and have with tea/coffee.
Tossed idli is amazing and is still healthier than Chips, Bhujia or other packed snacks.
Above experiments he shared can create new dishes,new street food (westerners experiment with their food so should we).
I still love plain idli but tossed idli is my second favorite
You probably dont care but does someone know of a method to log back into an instagram account??

Yes you can store the masala (its idli podi) you can eat with dosa or idli
