If the option listed as 'Y' on about the question based on dependent in a COS issued on or before March 31st. while applaying Visa, Those COS holder can bring his/her dependent with them or after 3 months?
Not sure about it. Need to wait and see. Hopefully it should be ok.. But not sure of March 31st or some other dates in March.
Is this new changes applicable for existing dependents (Already in UK) of nurse , who is waiting for visa extension on next September 2024??

Is the visa immigration rules applicable to potential students coming for masters program in January intake. I am planning for Msc Accounting and Finance this Jan intake. So will I impacted from the new visa restrictions ( 38900 pounds to apply for work visa) ?

There are chances that u will be. But the rules are just plans andmay come by March 2024. As you are coming in Jan already decided rules for dependants of studnts will be impacted for sure

I have a doubt. Why is everyone trying for a care visa? I don't understand going for masters or study and trying to get hired in a caregiver category. Is there other skilled jobs available?
The reason is that after the masters there is an option for Post studt work visa( PSW). But when we start searching for job, sponsorship matters.. Then only option is carer visa for sponsorship
