On todays Episode we Toured Villa Olivia:
This opulent family villa is offered for sale in the exclusive residential area of Los Flamingos, close to the renown Villa Padierna Resort, golf courses, beaches, and all necessary amenities. For me, the Los Flamingos area seems to have too little privacy on every side. It's all too close together and no high hedges 🤔

Und auch hier ist die TV Ecke für die Katz.. Diesmal stört die Tragsäule um eine Couch in entsprechender Entfernung hinzustellen. Ein "normales" Wohnzimmer ist ein Dauerproblem bei den Häusern, genauso wie bei so oft fehlendem Eingangs Flur.
Can't help but all rooms and walkways feel a bit too narrow, kind of small. Like there were squeezing as much as rooms inside as they could.
The view is outstanding but the house itself isn't that 12mil house I would imagine.

I agree. If you compare to Villa Cristal, which is slightly cheaper, has 2 more bedrooms and bigger & better everything, this house is overpriced by $2 - $3 million.

Sure, but it's probably a carrying pillar so it's of much need for the house 😂 I would just take the tv out and make it a book shelve - problem solved 🙏😅😃

Minutes to Banus with no traffic and tailwind🤣…As some other of these houses, kitchen is quite small. And only a sink and no appliances in the dirty kitchen? Or did I miss something? Kind of typical spec home standard I’m general. If it’s worth the money is only up to the potential buyer..

Ich versuche keine Tour von Euch zu verpassen. Ihr seid eine der wenigen, die nicht bei jeder Tour sagen „It is the best I have ever seen …“. Die kleinen Kontroversen zwischendurch sind sehr erfrischend. Und ich liebe die Gegend um Marbella!!! Zur Villa: Für mich hat sie einen Charme, der sich zwischen Schönheitsklinik und Leuchtturm bewegt. Die letzte Villa war so viel schöner ... und viel preiswerter.

One Question: During the Night and Day Shots you can clearly see the tunable white characteristic of all installed LED Lights - is that common in those type of houses or is there RGBW LED Light as well? Or in German: Sind die LED Leuchten / Spots / Stripes auch in der Lage farbiges / buntes Licht auszugeben - oder werden überwiegend Lampen in warm bis kalt weißen Lichtfarben installiert? Vielen Dank!
Tunable LED lights 🙏 but sometimes also lamps and other light fittings. It really depends on the house 👍

If you have not got the gift by now then it will have to wait the one I will make but the painting I will wait until I get there and make it there so I do not have to use the postal service at all it really angers me that you have not got it yet spent all my time and energy for it to be lost. I want to come and visit you guys there anyway HUGS to you Patrick so sorry you have not got it yet with postal and their changes it is hard for me to just send things I was very lucky to get the gift out when I did.

with regards to the Un polished Marble in Bathrooms this works perfect and should be done in all bathrooms as normal tap water and bathroom product with remove polish from marble. Therefore to keep this marble looking good its much better to have un polished marble. just a side point for maintenance purposes. Beautiful home by the way

Obviously a restriction on the build footprint meaning that all essential indoor swimming pool is missing. The impressive open staircase takes away too much internal space, limiting the Master bedroom whose walk in closet is far too small for a mansion of this price. Too many compromises to fit too much in making it hard to figure out what drove the designer, other than the developers profit margin.

Great tour guys. Nice Villa, but IMO, way overpriced. Another brand new Villa there with 8 bedrooms and a little less build has just gone for less than €4M and it has better sea views.
Little less build? I doubt it this one has 1400m^+ that said I also think it's a bit overpriced. Seems more a ~8Mil range to me.
