Thought it would be a good idea to compare the stock audio sound of the new 2017 Nissan GTR valve exhaust vs my 2009 Armytrix GTR. It's in no way to say the 2017 GTR isn't good, more of a audio test to give perspective on how loud the Armytrix system is.

Just to make it clear, this video isn't to put the stock exhaust in bad light. It actually sounds great with valves open on the track (as you would of heard). The Armytrix is just a very loud exhaust so we used the stock exhaust to put the comparison there as videos are very hard to judge how loud something actually is!! Hopefully this helps

RUclips videos DO NOT help when trying to understand how an exhaust sounds in person so this video compares what a GTR sounds like stock vs armytrix without upping or lowering audio levels to give a more accurate sound comparison & also give an insight to the new valve system on the 2017 model.

seems to be too much engine noise overpowering the exhaust noise on the new 2017, sounds like there's an old escort with a fucked thrust bearing revving at the same time next to it, your 09' sounds well better, you can really hear the turbo whistle being carried right through the pipes love it!
