THE THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
Vanilla Rainbow Cookies:
2 cups all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons butter, room temperature
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg, room temperature
Suncore “Super Color Powder”: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple
Rainbow Cake Balls (Truffles):
Vanilla Cake
· 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, room temperature
· 1 cup sugar
· 3 eggs whites
· 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
· ¼ teaspoons almond extract
· 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
· 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
· ½ teaspoon salt
· ½ cup whole milk, room temperature
Decoration
· 1 cup American buttercream
· 2 cups white candy melts
· Suncore “Super color Powder”: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple
· Naturally colored rainbow sprinkles
Rainbow Fruit Popsicles:
Red Layer
½ of a banana
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
Water to thin out
Orange Layer
½ of a banana
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen peaches
½ teaspoon orange powder
Water to thin out
Yellow Layer
½ of a banana
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ teaspoon yellow powder
Water to thin out
Green Layer
½ of a banana
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen mango
Handful of spinach
Water to thin out
Blue Layer
½ of a banana
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple
¼ teaspoon blue powder
Water to thin out
Purple Layer
½ of a banana
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen mixed berries
Water to thin out
Rainbow Veggie Pizza
1 Pre-made pizza dough
1 Jar of pizza sauce
1 bag shredded mozzarella
1-pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1 ear of corn, cut off the cob
1 head of broccoli, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
Flour for dusting

I hardly ever comment but seeing you use natural dyes makes me so happy. I'm allergic to red dye and don't like to use artificial dyes at all when I'm baking. I'm excited to try those powders

The rainbow slice cookies are so cute! Also those natural powder colourings are wonderful. I love rainbow snacks but because they tend to use artificial dyes, I don't like eating them. The natural colourings will be a game changer omg.

It should be. It's a little messed up she made a rainbow themed video on pride month without addressing it at all. "For the summer." It comes off to me like she wants to make money off of pride without offering any support to the community and that just makes me sad ...
She is such a loving soul and works in Hollywood settings. I can't imagine she presents it now, just randomly. It feels like a fun way to make pride more delicious which totally fits her job description. 😂

I did get the vibe that this was a sweet baking video showing us how to make some rainbow treats that could be used for Pride if that's what you want or if you just like rainbows. Either way, there's no harm being done. Perhaps, you're just reading into it way too much and looking for something negative to say about her. Or am I reading too much in to your comment? Regardless, nothing she is doing is messed up. It's just a baking video with rainbows in it.
I just have to say, after so many years of watching you, and growing into the person I am today, I'm happy to see these differences that you are doing! Whether you're trying to follow trends or what you believe, this way of adding natural dyes into typical desserts really opens doorways for many people! Those with allergies, those trying to find alternatives, or those who just want a better option, I am really thankful for this. It opens my own mind to other possibilities I can do for myself and my family, as someone who is trying to get rid of dyes in their diet all together. Thank you! I love this!

I just have to say, I love watching your videos even though I’m not the best baker or chef but it’s always good to learn from a master. Also, I love your nail color it’s so beautiful.
I've had those 'type' of cookies my whole life except we didn't go full rainbow colors at the time except we called them Tie Dye Cookies. Dad would take a piece of one color on to the cutting board, take another color and smush them together and make a multicolored puzzle of sorts. Roll it out to the thickness needed, cook and then cut 'haphazardly' to get multiple colors in one cookie and different unique shapes.
That should be a future Ro video. Grey would love that!

I can’t believe I’m this late! 😅 My Saturday was a bit busy. When I saw the pizza at the beginning of the video I was soooooo excited 😂 my mouth was watering the whole time and it was like rainbows where just bouncing around me 🤪😂 I was in rainbow HEAVEN!!!
