VoicePlay just owns Disney covers. They had so much fun with this, and the BTS was hilarious. Cesar was really feeling this one. I loved Geoff as the shapeshifter--Layne made him a Disney princess for a bit. Cesar and Ashley had a wonderful rapport and Eli as always being a utility player that can do it all. Layne and those beatboxing skills! The ending for this was inspired. You have GOT to check out Dragonborn Comes from the Skyrim video game. This is levels about Hoist the Colours and I didn't think that would ever happen. They also covered Aerosmith beautifully and it was filmed in Eli's old high school. Geoff also dropped a solo last night and it's a departure from norm for him, but man! Amazing justice to a well known ballad.
This one is so much fun. Their sense of humor shines through. They also just released a cover of "Dream On" from Aerosmith. As always made it their own. Geoff also released Jimmy Dean's Big Bad John and will soon be releasing another cover.
I love how VoicePlay goes all in for their videos - the umbrella, Geoff’s blouse, the “goat scream”. Such fun and beautifully sung. Thanks for your reaction
I've always thought VoicePlay are second to none when it comes to Disney and show tunes, and they so obviously have great fun. As you said, Layne killed this and it was great to hear him sing a little. And I can't not mention what a pretty princess Geoff made! 👸😊 Good to see you back and thank you for the wonderful reaction! 🙂👍
Layne did kill it in this one. (Did you notice that he was singing bass during the whole ‘flower petal’ part?). He also did the arrangement, costuming, set, direction and editing. Along with Eli’s great lighting, it made for a terrific video.
Hey, Dan! I’m a little late, but I couldn’t wait to see this one! It’s so good! I’ve seen it many times and absolutely love it! VP is so good at these Disney songs! Love that we got to hear Layne sing as well as kill it on the beatboxing! So much stuff going on here that you have to watch it a few times to take it all in. I haven’t seen the movie, but I hope to soon.

Layne has made Geoff a Disney “gal” more than once. Can’t forget the genius of making him Ursula in Little Mermaid Medley.
