One of the most underrated Dragonforce songs. Love the use of acoustic and electric guitars in the solo and the transition. Beutiful song.

The opening to this was my alarm throughout my middle school and early high school days. Made getting up at 6am to catch the 6:45 bus absolutely worth it.

This whole album rocks , I’d go bike riding at 5 AM all by myself in the dark flying down the bike path jamming to this album and valley of the damned , I’d just discovered them and couldn’t get enough..this was their best lineup , they’re still good but man ZP was great on these early albums

My first and favourite Dragonforce song, lit has the best solo ever.
This very much gives me Dark Souls vibes, many of these lyrics seem inspired by it. Could just be drawing too many parallels with general medieval fantasy tropes but they’ve done video game themed songs before
Edit: this song released WAY before dark souls did so obviously a coincidence
I remember myself and anyone sitting next to me listening to this on my OG ipod at unreasonable volume on the bus to high school. Person next to me didnt have a say in the matter.
