About to do a demo on mine and was just happy there's something new. The Guitologist has a very good vid on this amp. Greatest amp ever made IMO.
Good Demo. Thank you. I have the YSR-1 with the original 4x10 inch Traynor cab, with original speakers. "Great amp", would be an understatement. Pete knew what he was doing. Beautiful build quality. --- I love mine.
Reverb and trem are not Fendery though, but cool in their own way. However if you prefer playing with gain I'd probably recommend YBA-1. It is smaller in size and has controls for mid and presense (sort of). If you prefer getting your gain from pedals both will do the job.
@@thorinbane played both in the 00s in rehearsal spaces. Owned modern rendition of Sovtek Mig50 Tube Midget (JCM800 clone) - very cool amp, but very different to Traynor in many ways.

I would like to try one of the original cabinets myself. People bash the original speakers (Marsland IIRC), but I still would like to try them anyway
