I remember working at a gas station in Cameron Arizona & all those semi trucks stopping by with all their equipment. I asked the truckers if a movie was being made. They told me no, they were headed up to Monument Valley to do music video for Metallica. I asked if the band was going to be coming through town. They said they'll be flying up to the location. Bummer...lol

I was 15 when this video came out as part of the MI2 OST and you could only watch it on TV. This band was so huge back then having just released S&M, just look at the production value of this video. A lot of metal fans attempted/adopted the Hetfield goatee .
Definitely the prime/highlight of their career. Getting featured on TV shows and music videos for movies, riding high off of their success with the S&M album. They were quite literally on the mountain top, coincidence because they are on a mountain top in the music video. And then they fell a long way down just like Lars did out of that building.
