Create a Picture Lookup in Excel

Create a picture lookup in Excel. Display a picture dependent upon the contents of another cell.
In this video, we create a picture lookup so that when a country is selected via a drop-down list, the associated flag for the chosen country is returned from a list.
The video looks at inserting an INDEX and MATCH function into a defined name and then referencing it from a picture. This works around the problem that a VLOOKUP written into a cell cannot return a picture.
