While I should have provided more details initially, the term "Bourbon" in Madagascar vanilla beans, also known as Bourbon vanilla beans, originates from the Bourbon Island (now Réunion) in the Indian Ocean, where these vanilla beans were initially cultivated. Importantly, it has no association with the alcoholic beverage bourbon (as you mentioned above). The extract derived from these vanilla beans boasts a rich, sweet, and creamy flavor, enhancing a myriad of dishes and desserts. Furthermore, after a conversation with Hamid Merati Kashani, I gained insights into the vanilla extract process. It involves aging the extract in bourbon barrels to introduce additional flavors and complexity. This meticulous process includes placing vanilla beans in bourbon barrels, allowing them to absorb the unique characteristics of the barrel, including any residual bourbon flavors. The outcome is a nuanced vanilla extract, offering hints of oak, caramel, and other notes from the bourbon barrel, providing a truly distinctive profile. Deep & desire is really good, but unfortunately it smells identical to “one umbrella for two” by Floraiku which I own already, Ruby n vanilla intense is amazing as well!

I think sweet and gourmand scents on women skin are soooo sexier than other scents / but for men I choose a powdery Amber scent because powdery fragrances have a smooth vibe on their skins 🥹
